Smooth concrete, and the little pipe allows for practicing dropping in and grinds. You can stay busy here. Don't normally see two year olds on skooters here.

Great small park, smooth with lots of flow. No tall tranny's here, almost everything is under 4ft, with exception of the bowl. Good mix of wedges and carvable walls. Only real drawback is once there's 4+ people it gets a little hectic due to size.

Its a death wish for scooters. There is no friction and barely anything to do.
