Here for a strongman competition. Great gym, awesome people that work here. I would 100% use this gym if I lived in Lancaster

based on my experience here I will not go here ever. Grandmother called and the manager Mindy was very rude and unprofessional. My grandma talked to the manager about her membership and nothing was resolved and she wouldn't give us the contact info of the owner.

This is a great place to get a workout. If you go at the right time, it's not too crowded.

I'm an out of towner and this was a deal! Day rate was $5. They had everything i needed to complete my regular workout and I'd totally go back. I would recommend going already dressed in your workout clothes. This is not an LA Fitness or similar athletic club. It's a gym - a la Rocky without the ring.
