I locked myself out of my apartment at 8 pm and the tech came out in about 30 min. My doorknob was an older one and he had to work very hard to open it but did so successfully. Super pleased with the service, thank you for answering the phone and saving me a lot of headache!

Broke my key. They showed up in less than an hour. Got 2 new keys for under $300 older model, AAA discount! Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked very quickly to get me back up and running.

I lost my car keys Jeep 2004 and when I called they were accommodating and accepted to come to my location in just 1hour. They also the job will take only 20min similar to other comments here. Fortunately I found my car key just minutes after and I cancel the lock smith assistance. They didn't charge me anything extra. Thank you so much for trying to help and if you need to have a good lock smith definitely give this guy a try!

Made a call this morning to have 2 lock cylinders for my vehicle rekeyed to match my ignition so I didn't have to carry 2 different keys. The locksmith showed up about an hour later to my house I had already removed the cylinders from the car door for them and had my locks good to go in about 30 minutes. Super fast service, excellent quality of work awesome technician and I paid what was quoted over the phone which was very fair and competitive, especially considering they come to you. If I could give Jack Dalton Lock & Key 10 stars I would do it without hesitation! I will be using them again if I ever need any lock or key work done in the future. had my car stuck at the airport with a lost key, called AAA and they sent jack Dalton, i was charged $216.00 on top of AAA paying them 150.00. so 366 dollars total , locksmith opened the car in 2 min. and programmed the key in another 2 min. then when i asked to cut a key for the remote he said i need to pay an extra 50 bucks, more expensive then the dealership. Stay away.

Professional property manager and real estate broker here. All I can say is that I was duly impressed with how prompt and professional their service is. If you want fast, professional service then this is the company for you.

Locked out of car at Bereteania Foodland. Called Jack Dalton and got immediate response, While they were enroute, we were able to to get in. Told service technician, who was almost there, that problem had been solved and insisted that he allow me to pay for job. He refused several times and just told me to call them if there were ever any other problems. Only a customer-oriented business would refuse payment even though it was a complete waste of his time and gas. He didn't even get angry like most of us would have. This tells me about this company and I highly recommend them. I hope to never have to use their services but they'll be my first call if I do.

The tech had to come out twice to change my locks because the keys didn't work the first time. New keys were provided but only 3 out of 7 keys worked. Now I'm heading to home depot to make more duplicates for the employees. What a hassle.
