Jack in the Box

The food was great! The service was eh. I've been here tens of times but the night crew on 4/20/18 forgot my straw, my napkins, my fork. This was the first time but I didn't like the experience. I enjoyed my meal anyway, without the above items.

Last night around 1:00am i stop by to grap a bite to eat and i have to say i was well worth it. I was having a really horrible night but the drive thru girl (Andrea) really flip it all around. When i approach to pay she ask how my night was going. After further conversation i felt greatly relaxed and i have to say that people like that is in short supply. I've been to plenty of Jack's but this one is one of the best so far. Keep up the good work and keep hiring people like this👍.

Ive worked in the foodservice industry my entire life and this particular Jack n the Box has the right idea and attitude with regards to the "customer is always right"mentality....cause lets face it the customer isnt always right but whats important is they are treated as if they are. If you fall short in meeting the customers expectations but take the time to fix it then your number one in my book and this Jack in the Box definitely delivers the whole package ! ! Thank You

Walk up counter orders get forgotten about a lot. I watched them complete three drive in orders, two of which ordered after me, before i got mine. There needs to be a better system for making sure everyone is being taken care of in a timely manner.

great breakfast at this one. supreme croissant was delicious. could be faster though.
