Who would join me ? Let's just stop eating fast food it's getting worse and worse this is my second fast food restaurant today and as you can see this poor little dried up Burt beef patty was not worth the $7 I spent

Used to love coming here after my girlfriend and I got off. We tried 3 times in a row, and they ended up being closed even though the drive-through was listed as being open until 2. The last time we pulled up at the same time as another car, and while they got to order, we were turned away when we pulled up to the box. I got off from work earlier than normal and decided to give it another shot. They were open, and I was excited. Ordered food for my girlfriend and I, but unfortunately, my burger wasn't even included. Not worth the drive back for it. This location has really gotten worse.

This location has a couple of strikes against it. At first, I thought it was a one time thing. But after 3 tries, it's not. They are very slow to take orders of customers inside the store. And the store broadcasts the drive through orders, in addition to music, in the lobby. Is very loud and distracting. I do like their chicken sandwich, the cluck, with no sauce. But I don't think I will be back much. Edit...I spoke too soon about the sandwich. We ordered two. One was the normal, good sandwich and the other was overcooked, the bun was burnt and it was spicy, not the normal Cluck chicken patty. My husband said it tasted like it had been sitting a long time and was then reheated so it was tough and difficult to chew. Add another strike and remove another star. That's it, three strikes and we don't go back at all.

It was Christmas day, they were one of the only places open and they only had 4 people. They got my order out in a timely manner and even though they forgot my salad the first time they rectified the problem with no issues. The lobby was cleanFood: 5/5

Those 4 guys were working short staffed, And still you're awesome with their service. Of course late night lunches are always an ultimate fave. But it's even better when you can share a laugh and it smile and hopefully makes someone tonight a little bit better. I appreciate you hard working Jack and Jack and the crack employees. That shake and those Mini curiosity on God were so fire!

We don’t go to Jack in the Box often, so we were unsure of menu options. We were delighted with the menu variety and their willingness to customize our order including not making us feel badly about doing so. Super clean inside. Noe was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. He is a great role model for his staff.

Never been spoken to by a cashier this way. We were told to, “hurry up and place [our] order because we were holding up the line.” There was nobody in line behind us, & even if there were, customers should not be spoken to that way. We were told the employee is named Ian. Not sure if we were given an accurate name or not.

Ordered a spicy chicken combo meal. They didn’t put tomato, ketchup nor the cheese he asked me for at the drive thru. The taco was gross.. pre-made garbage that would have been ok if it wasn’t sitting around for hours.. I spent over $10 bucks and look at how gross and pathetic this sandwhich looks. This is by far the worst meal I have ever eaten. I didn’t even want to call it in and get a replacement because I would never take another meal from that place again or from any Jack In The Box. Clever marketing but just vile food. What a shame. Pay your employees more and give the staff proper training before you let them prepare such waste to give to society.

They ROCK! They accidentally forgot my 4 fries it was a large order and of course I was home. Called and they delivered them with a smile.. seriously McDucks take note! I’m going to let head quarters know because they should be recognized! Thanks you sweet people

Closed the grill an hour and a half early and claimed to not serve what is supposed to be all day breakfast. Two OTHER cars in line had to wait 20 minutes to even exit the line after getting denied service. I do not recommend this Jack’s.
