I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. My chicken was old and hard. Almost broke my tooth. I called the store to advise the manager and see what could be done. No one answered. Now back at work with no lunch. Customer in drive they was great but was given old food.
This was the first time I've had jack in the box and it was AMAZING! staff there were open to conversation and the food was pretty good. Better than most Midwestern fast food jointsFood: 5/5
Wow to be honest, Las Vegas is really expensive but this came as a shock. Other fast food places cost 20$ just for a burger combo but this place was half that with good food and fast service! Amazing food for a budget!Food: 5/5
Nora is our service this morning. She's great with her costumer service even with bad attitude costumer next to me. She stand on her ground and told the rude costumer who comes went there just to threatening her with bad reviews because of the pencil he ask for. I was like "bro you stand there like 3 to 5 secs and your being rude to these hard working people". Nora and her crews doesnt deserves bad rating. Pls who ever reading this, this review is my 110% honest opinion, good nice and awesome crews doesnt deserves to be treated like no body when they show so much care. We will be coming back because of how Nora take care of us and we greatly appreciate.
Customer Service Was Average But Food Was Absolutely Disgusting, Not Well Cooked, Burned Meat, Burned Humber Buns, Extremely Oily and Filled With Thick Mayo. So Disappointed Been the First and Last time in this Location.
My experience at this place was not that great they try to be friendly but if you don't speak the language they try to act like they don't hear you.. furthermore good morning food is lackluster leaning they just throw it in the microwave and call it a day I don't think that's called breakfast Food: 2/5

Nora has great customer service. The food was prepared perfectly and taste great too! Breakfast good and of course Tacos.... tiny and regular! Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are perfect size with lots of variety. Parking: Handicap is easily available. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is easily available.
Seems like every time I try to order a shake a night these workers tell me that the machine is down. I wasn't feeling all that great and wanted a shake to sooth my stomach. This comes down to lieing and laziness, I looked inside while at the drive thru and it wasn't being worked on like the cashier said!! That's all I wanted but my wife ordered food while I got to sit and watch her eat.
