Manager completely screwed order up then when I said Nevermind just give me a refund , she told me make sure I go get the soda that she gave me was returned or she wouldn't give me my refund. It was a drive thru order and was completely rude when I told her it was missing the sandwich. Her name was RUE. I will never return due to how she spoke to me. It was completely embarrassing as to why I just asked for a refund. This was on decatur and Washington. I usually don't complain but I felt like I was under attack when I said there was a sandwich missing. The other employees were super nice.
The young brown hair woman that serve at the desk dining side is fully arrogant. That place at the most is little dirty. I won't recommand that location Decatur & Tropicana.
Order 8 monster tacos and a teriyaki bowl combo, I received my order in a small bag that barely fit my food. I get home and discover some food was missing from my order. The first clue was the small bag, should have known something would be missing. Second I tried to call them and no one answered the phone after severe attempts. Third always check your order make sure you get what you paid for.
Thanks to politicians who shut down business for no real reason, this store is only open for carryout or drive through. But the Ultimate Cheeseburger is still the best. For meat and cheese lovers like me, it's meat, cheese, cheese, meat, and cheese. But what's up with that bun? :-Food: 5/5
I went in and I order four breakfast sandwiches and when I got home I checked my receipt and they charged me for something I didn’t even want and it was like a $3 to $4 dollar charge and I don’t have a car to keep going back and forth. So what I’m trying to say if u don’t want to be charged for extra food then check ur receipt before leaving
Ordered at the window. Had to repeat the order several times. Not sure if English was her second language. Spent close to $40. One of the orders was a Delux double cheeseburger. Two pieces of meet that were like cardboard, with a piece of cheese, and looked like a small smear of catchup and mustard on one side. No lettuce, tomatoe, onion or anything else. Should have gone to Sonic.
Horrible service. The food was very salty including my freakin' burger. They refused to replace my order & was very rude about the situation because it "Didn't happen on their shift". I would rate a 0 star if I could
It's never fresh than when you ask for fresh food they get mad, like that's your Job right or am I wrong for wanting fresh food?Food: 1/5
We don't have Jack in the Box in Aotearoa New Zealand so trying this place was a favorite. Service was good and food was great, love their egg rolls which we would call them spring rolls
I went here ,for my favorite tacos ,and the double bacon burger ,and my favorite onions rings.,it was fast service, too.Food: 4/5
