Didn't get what I ordered, it had bacon on it when I ordered sausage, I can't eat soft bacon, even my drinks were wrong. They did not help to fix the problem, because they did not have a manager. Extremely rude customer service and at the JACK on 43rd and Peoria, the customer is NEVER right.. Also some of your food is cold or so greasy the paper bag is soak in grease from the employees not draining your fried foods properly. Plus when you file a complaint NOTHING HAPPENS!!! One star is to high of a rating....
Had a coupon for a $2 large iced coffee. Got mocha. It was so good. I went through the drive thru. It was open early. Worker was polite and efficient. I was in and out fast. Great iced coffee. Yum!Food: 5/5
It is always something. I have cash or card. How do they stay in business, especially being located off the I-17 and Thomas. Jack you need to fix this nonsense! And no DA I don't want a job...!Service: 1/5
Worst store to order from, staff is courteous but cooks ALWAYS mess up your order everytime. You rtn to get it fixed & the next guy argues with you. Now you've lost your appetite after 20m waiting, so you ask for a refund & then you sit for another 15m arguing with another employee. Avoid this store AT ALL COSTS. IT NEVER ENDS WELL! Fish sandwhich ordered with no tomatoes but instead they put ketchup instead of tatar sauce & 2 pcs of tomatoes.
They always have random issues at night. Sometimes they wont accept orders or only accepting food delivery services like doordash. Other times as soon as you pull up in the drive through they tell you it will be 20min even when no one is there ahead of you.
Worst drive thru experience ever. They said they were accepting online orders only an it was still taking them a long time to give you the order even after on the app it says it’s done. It’s no communication. They need help bad
Get a working phone number. I call and get sent straight to Verizon. Just utterly disappointed.I’ve spent almost a whole hour just trying to figure out how to cancel an order and this whole company gives me the run around. Phone number doesn’t work, website doesn’t work, nothing works and I’m tired of it. Beyond frustrated and honestly never going to order here again. I just don’t understand how I can’t find a working phone number or contact anyone at all. I’m so done with this place.
Well here's another problem they closes they close the restaurant at I think 10 at night so that maybe sooner than that so that the homeless people don't come borrow bombarding in the store and trying to take up space and and and and screw s*** up but it's just fact that nobody seems to care !!!!!Recommended dishesBurger, Fries
