The drive thru line is long I’ve been on the line and haven’t moved in 20 min stuck wth

Lady took my order and my money just to let me sit in the drive thru almost 5min and come back talking about she's cleaning the machine they don't have shakes! You could have told me that before I ordered

Food was horrible. Greasy, greasy, greasy tacos. When asked for freshly fried tacos, they blessed me with greasier tacos. The greasy bag said it all. This is what supposedly is a freshly fried taco????

This place is ridiculous. Almost go here every morning between 1-5am. The workers always stating the system is down. Very inconvenient for the customers you guys need to do better knowing this is the only fast food restaurant open 24 hours in the area. Highly upset. It’s not like they do it every blue moon is constantly every night !!!!
