Just had a hands-off, walk-through-only inspection with Jack and I was extremely pleased. He was available and very accommodating despite our last-minute need. He was very thorough and knowledgable. He provided us a video of the entire walk-through inspection, so that I didn't have to keep notes. Will definitely use again.
