I've been using Jack's for about 20 years on my lifted trucks and Jeeps. These guys are the Jedi of Wheel Alignment. Not machines or computers, just actual knowledge, experience and hand tools. You won't find a glamorous coffee bar in the lounge like the Dealership but that's why the price is always been more than fair. I understand that you can't beat a guy in his own trade. This is where you go, if you want your vehicle to be save, and set up to straight down your road. I bought a used 08 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. The next day I had tires put on truck. The next day I took it to Jack's. There were young men there, and there was a journeyman there, that worked on the truck. I should of tipped him. Because it only cost 45 bucks. Because nothing was wrong with the wheel alignment. I think knowing that a professional has checked it out for me, and says there is nothing wrong with it. That is worth as much, as if he said alot had to be replaced, and or repairs. Just the peace mind it's all good. And the ol man checked it out. Nothing about the young men there. They did their job great also. That shop is how business was operated in the '70s. They took care of the customer. We don't even have that saying anymore, the customer is always right.

Recently purchased a 1999 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 pickup. Thought I would take it in to this scam artist to get a wheel alignment. After NOT test driving my truck he put it on the rack for 10 minutes and said to me "I hope you got a good deal". I was then presented with an estimate that I have pictured below. $1,179.54 for parts, $1,505.00 for labor, $103.17 in taxes and $20.00 for materials. A whopping grand total of $2,807.71 for his pleasure. All I really wanted was the $65.00 alignment how lucky I was to get a second opinion. Went to the Goodyear service center in Mesa and found that I needed nothing other than the alignment. My truck runs great and pockets are a lot fatter and would like to say thanks to Ken and his crew at Goodyear............

My family has been coming to Jack's for years. I always recommend them for your alignment needs. Always call ahead to make an appointment as they can be busy from time to time, but all that means is you know they're excellent at what they do. Not only that but the prices are always fair. They'll typically do a 360 assessment and help point out any other issue they might find and always have a great recommendation if need be. 10 out of 10 and five star service all the way!!

Great shop for getting alignments on my work truck and personal truck. They were very helpful and reasonably priced. Definitely coming back for my next alignment.

Got in and out in about 30 mins or so. Adjusted the alignment and now my truck is running much better. Thanks guys!
