Walked in needing some comfy walking shoes and with zero idea of what I was looking for. The person who assisted me was very helpful, they have machine to scan your feet and suggest shoes that would be a good fit. He got me some shoes and insoles to try on and they were perfect! He also cut up the insoles to fit the shoe properly. Really good service and I was very pleased. The shop was clean and well organized. They also have an online shop with more variety than they have in-store.

Best place for new shoes in the area. They'll scan your feet, and find the best suited shoe for your specific exercise/purpose. Will definitely be going back.

I came looking for a pair of sneakers for walking as I walk about 15-20 miles per week. I met with the salesperson when I walked in and explained all my issues with my feet and knees. He made a few recommendations and brought them out for me to try on. I ended up with a pair of Hoka's that met all my expectations. I also got a pair of insoles with arch support. Highly recommend stopping here if you're looking for a pair of sneakers.

Came in looking for a new pair of running shoes and was not disappointed. I was helped by Lewis, who is an absolute professional. After studying the tread on my old shoes, he pulled some shoe recommendations off the shelf. He then spent almost a full hour with me, despite it being near closing time. He was extremely patient and thoughtful in sizing me for my new shoes and helping me compare different models, all the while explaining the different characteristics of each shoe. I'm so grateful for the superior service he provided and will absolutely be looking to shop with him when I'm in need of another pair of shoes.

KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF... I was suffering from knee and foot pain while running and Dave and his team were wonderful. They performed a GATE analysis and set up me up with the perfect Brooks running shoes. Now I am running with plenty of support and feel great! I highly recommend them!

Got my athletic shoes here. They were on sale, but it wasn’t advertised, so be sure to ask—the price might be lower than the sticker. The salesperson was helpful but I had to ask very specific questions. It’s maybe not a place to pick running shoes if you are new to picking shoes and need a fitting.

I’m very disappointed at the customer service at this place. I went into the store today looking for running shoes, after looking for parking for almost 30mins, I finally went on the store and found the shoes I was interested on, NO ONE came to see if I needed help after being there for already 5-10 mins. I had to go look for someone to help me, and after they took their sweet time they show no interest in really helping me find the right shoes. I’m really disappointed, I thought here they would help you specially since they are experts right but they didn’t even have socks to try on shoes. Def won’t be going back at least not to the Hoboken location. Very bad service

Great store! Great employees- always nice and professional and helpful. We always go in here for all our sneaker/running gear. Employees go above and beyond for you and its really nice to have them here in hoboken. Kima i think thats her name really saved me yesterday as I couldn’t find parking on Washington etc… thank you!!
