The staff is very helpful, I was able to to find a new wedding band for my wife with diamonds in it that perfectly matched up to her engagement ring. The sale for Valentine's day plus the lay away made the ring much more affordable than the nation wide jewelry stores. This place will always get my business.

They have a very personal touch that I immediately connected with. They were very thorough with me which made me feel they had my best interest in mind. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase something or just need something resized. Great service!

I had 3 watches worked on. A musical watch which had 3 batteries 2 of which were odd size. A pin for my Citizen watch band that came out on me & two links removed from my wife's MK watch. All of which were done while I waited (3 different visits) and all 3 done for less than $40.00 total. They were courteous & professional and didn't lack in service with my not so important inexpensive repair...an extremely low cost request was met with the upmost importance from there staff. Awesome - Honest - Respectable Thank You Jackson Jewelers P.S.> Two other jewelers in the area wanted nearly twice this amount for only 2 of my repairs.

They have a misleading slogan. They advertise that "If you dream it, Jackson Jewelers will create it" and this is simply not true. I brought a design in for them to look at and I was told that there was no way to create to design I had selected. Although they may do good work on the designs that they are able to do, they should not guarantee that they can create something if they cannot follow through with a request. Note: Yes, the design is possible for a jeweler to make since another jeweler was able to make it without issue.
