What an amazing mall/ outlet shopping .. a little far away from where we live but awesome to shop once in a while .. they have some amazing list of stores .. lots of parking available . I generally go there early and finish off before everyone comes .. when it opens at 11 , it is easy to shop around with less crowd . Billing is also quick at that time . Sometimes when it is too crowded , it’s gets late to shop around .. Nike , adidas , Reebok, Clark’s , Aeropostale ., Calvin Klein, bath and body works and so many other shops …. Amazing brands . Very good sale in most of the shops .. Would have given 5 stars , but wish they had more restaurants or food store ! There is only one coffee shop I guess . Good experience overall. .. 4 stars ..
We drove about an hour to get here, I liked the location and number of branded outlets. I loved the fact that it has plenty of parking and not so crowded. Only thing I didn’t like about it was the food choices. Food court has very limited options and food trucks in the parking lot are overpriced and not a good value for the money. I would like visit this place again hoping to get an exceptional experience.
I went to Nike and Adidas. People at the Nike store were great, very helpful and nice. I had a very different experience at the Adidas store. The cashier "tiff" was rude. After I purchased my things, my 11 year old son asked me, "Wow, what was her problem?"
I enjoyed it my roaming around in Jacksonville outlet, but I probably should’ve picked a different day to go to the Nike store, cause it was packed
This establishment, Jackson Premium Outlet at 537 Monmouth Road in Jackson Township, has its advantages and disadvantages based on my personal experience after visiting it. Advantages: - Abundant parking area. - So many stores. - Great pricing. Disadvantages: - Since it’s off season, most stores has more staff than customers. - Limited options in food court. - Water not draining properly in the parking lot. Would I recommend this place? Yes. Would I come back in the near future? Yes.
Great outlet. Lots of parking, easy to navigate the layout. Went on a nearly summer weekend - loved the Hawaiian shaved ice truck among other food trucks parked in the center.
Handicap spaces near every store plus free outdoor parking. Restrooms are available are the Outlet in certain places. Food: Truck service in the center of the parking lot. Good selections according to your taste your choice.
Dead mall, stores were pretty regular, not many premium stores. The food court was super limited too. My family and I drove an hour to come here and were definitely let down.
Returning back to the Jackson, premium outlets was one of our milestones while coming out there. I do believe that the food court needs to be upgraded, and there should be more sales in discounts inside of the stores.
This is your run of the mill outlets. Nothing special. The food court it lacking. One thing that was annoying was they don’t open most stores until 10:00 am. By 10 my family has been up for 5 hours, had a meal and we are ready to get things done. They should open earlier
