Never answer their phone, take forever for repairs. Should been shut down and out of business long time ago

Jackson Property Management offers incredible services to property owners. They manage two houses for me. Of utmost importance to me is the qualified renters, they bring, who take good care of the property. Communication with Jackson Property Management is superb, and monthly statements are always on time.

The worse property management ever. Don't believe the 5 star ratings as you can tell how fake they are. Stay away! They are thiefs, bums and so unprofessional. These people that work there are scum of the earth, especially the maintenance "manager".

I would recommend this company to absolutely anybody. They're always so eager to help no matter how small the problem is, and the staff are really full of knowledge.
