The best ever officers work in this office! The most polite and professionals of their work have guided us through today. Tremendously appreciate their kindness. Came in early, but were allowed to go in as our interview was scheduled in the morning, among the first ones.

Without reason apoitments cancelation, very slow service. Very hard to get INFOPASS apoitment through web page. . .terrible place.

Arrived 25-30 minutes early, which I’d highly recommend as it allows time to clear security and check in. Otherwise, everything went as expected. Was seen around 15 minutes late but the interview itself didn’t take more than 20. Overall a very smooth process.

Long time ago ,I got my citizenship, tomorrow my wife have the appointment interview to become a citizen also, so happy,

They were closed in a snow day and didn't have the decency and respect to let the people with appointments know they would be closed. Clearly they do not have a sense of respect to communicate such important information. Not a single post on their website or anything.
