I had a family member pass suddenly and chose to visit Jacques to see if they could make an arrangement in time for the services. They made two large, beautiful arrangements with only a days notice and delivered them with no problems. They were very nice, professional, and everything went so smoothly. I would absolutely use them again because they did their job so well, I didn’t need to worry about a thing. The staff that assisted in the ordering were thorough and professional as well. Thank you so much.
Aimee and her team at Jacques were phenomenal. I had a low budget for my wedding flowers, but still wanted gorgeous real flower bouquets. Aimee was very friendly and responsive to my ideas and used her professional knowledge to put together 4 spectacular bouquets under budget. Could not recommend them enough!
I am absolutely thrilled with this florist! Not only do they have the best selection of flowers in town, but their employees are also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The quality of their flowers is top-notch, and the arrangements are beautifully organized. Every bouquet I've received has been amazing, a true testament to their creativity and expertise. The exceptional service provided by the wonderful staff makes each visit a delight. Five stars is an understatement for this outstanding florist!
I have bought floral arrangements for my home forever. I usually use the popular florist on Elm St. The last several years I have been less then impressed. I stopped into Jaques on a whim and I am over the moon happy that I did! The quality, fragrance and absolutely beautiful arrangement is top shelf! Not to mention the lovely customer service from the 2 sisters :
I had the pleasure of joining the Jacques Team for the Valentine’s Day holiday. I was extremely impressed with how warmly I was welcomed, but more so how well the entire team works together. The energy was high, spirits jovial, everyone helping each other to achieve the common goal—to share the love of flowers. This experience made me think of Santa and all of his helpers in the workshop. My time there was short. I had the pleasure of delivering their masterpiece designs to many lucky customers. I look forward to the next Jacques adventure. My thanks and congratulations to Adam and the entire team !
Don’t live in NH anymore, so googled for florists that would deliver to my aunt’s workplace for her birthday. Jacques popped up, and after seeing the reviews I chose them. It was definitely a great choice! They were able to do same day delivery. The woman on the phone was so nice as well. My aunt loved the arrangement, and sent me a photo. The flowers are definitely good quality. Great business.
I booked with Jacques for my wedding 5/14/23 and I can’t say enough good things! They made the process super easy from start to finish and were extremely transparent about their very reasonable pricing. But what really made the difference is that the KINDEST couple delivered our very large order for our wedding party of 29 an hour away. They were so clearly happy for us. I would use Jacques again and again
What a great experience!! The customer service was fabulous. Amy answered the phone like she was singing a song. You could just tell she loved her job and she was very pleasant. I asked for her advice and she was happy to help. My daughter was very happy with the arrangement. We will definitely use them again!! Thank you, Amy!
I received this congratulatory bouquet from my co-workers at Catholic Medical Center 8 days ago. It is still stunning, a lily opened this morning! Obviously Jacques uses very fresh cut flowers and knows how to masterfully arrange them. Probably the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever received! I would highly recommend them. This has always been a fantastic local florist. They have been there for me most of my life. I used to walk there to buy my mom flowers for special occasions, or when I might have done something bad. Now I stop in to buy beautiful arrangements for my wife. They never disappoint.
