Jade Buffet

Waiter charge me 5 drinks because i told him diet coke was nasty and i change to tea i told waiter about it and he brought the manager and he told me that's what i had to pay!! Told nicely that he needs to take care of customer to check the pop himself and he said he don't worry about it cause he had alot of poeple!! Over all food is not bad though!!!

Horrible servers! I went with 2 of my friends one wasn’t going to eat and the waiters took the fork he wasn’t using and the napkin that he was using. When we asked for the napkin back they said it needed to be reused or else they wouldn’t have enough napkins. The food is so so honestly I’ve tried better Chinese places in Garden than this one.

What makes go there is the salty peppered shrimp that is sooo delicious! But there Lo Mein is NOT THE BEST NO FLAVOR! Same with the RICE! I basically have to drive to Dodge City to eat super good Chinese Food like I LOVE LOTUS GARDEN AND KINGS in Dodge City the Lo Mein is AWESOME!!! And the RICE WOW! Jade Buffet needs to make there food better tasting sorry.

Im a regular because i love the salt pepper shrimp they make but every time i come to eat they hover over you like they dont want you to eat much considering this is a buffet place customer service not very good and most of the trays have older food and if its not older food its cause their trays are empty. Im not a satisfied

Good food, the service is touch and go, but to be expected with a buffet.
