Had a scooter tuned up at a competitor and it had reduced performance. Came here and was fixed well at a great price. Pleasant honest staff. We'll be back.
I've never owned or ridden a moped before. The owner is friendly and helpful but his employee is the best. She taught me to operate and ride my toy bike in just minutes. It's NOT like riding a bicycle it's easier because I don't have to peddle. Thank you JADE MOON TRUNKS & TREASURES not only for my moped but making it right until it got right bc kinks have to be worked out. And it looks so good!
We just purchased a Moped from Jade moon after another dealer tried to rip us off and we had a wonderful experience with them. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We found a great moped at a reasonable price , they made sure everything was in proper working order and answered any questions we had. They are an awesome group and I highly recommend them if your looking to buy a moped, ATV or dirt bike.
I selected one star because there is no option to select NO stars. I’d take away 5 stars if it would allow. “Santa” purchased my son his first dirt bike from this establishment- something he had been dreaming of for a very long time. I was highly encouraged to pay with cash- even persuaded to do so with a small “discount” offered. I was given directions to the nearest ATM machine. When I came back without the full amount of cash because I didn’t realize my bank would not allow me to withdraw that excessive amount in one day, the woman became annoyed and said she could no longer give me the discount offered literally 5 minutes prior. I was charged an additional $5 to pay the remainder with my card. Had I not waited until the last minute and had not been desperate to come home with a bike, my judgment would have been more clear and I would have halted the deal right then. My son was thrilled Christmas morning- it was magical seeing him lay eyes on that bike for the first time! Literally within the first week, it stopped working. Took it back- they will not even hear you out without a $60 service fee. Ended up being a defective spark plug wire we had already tried replacing the spark plug on our own. So, $75 bucks later, bike is running again. Fast forward one month... bike won’t work again. Please everyone, DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to Jade Moon. This company should have a criminal investigation for FRAUD. There is no telling what else is going on in that sketchy place. Purchase from a reputable dealer! I have definitely learned my lesson and hope to be an unfortunate example for others!
Brought a four wheeler for my grandson for Christmas and let's just say I can't get him off of it. The customer service was great. We had a battery issue and they fixed it on the spot to ensure Christmas was a success for my grandson. They were very helpful in teaching the safety of riding, operating and servicing. I will say this the equipment they're saling is sub standard you have to keep eye it for loose bolts and leaks that shouldn't happen after a few rides.
Great customer service, very knowledgeable about all of their products. Truly care about the customer. Was more than happy to answer all my questions went out of his way to thoroughly explain to me what needed fixing and why and how to keep it maintained. Also spent the time to check out all aspects of my moped not just the one thing I went in to get fixed to make sure everything was in good shape. Did extra service without me asking and for no fee such as checking battery, flushing out bad gas, and put air in tires. Also, taught me some tricks to save me money. Really made sure that me, the customer, was satisfied and informed/ understood what he was doing. Great experience, great service. Fast, friendly and the parts and labor were much cheaper than other moped shops. Don't judge a book by its cover, just because the shop may not look as nice as some of the competitor's shops, does not mean they don't offer services and products just as good because in this case they absolutely beat their competition!
Service is bad owner even worse how does a gas tank go bad on a new ATV then get a call after they had it for 30 days and she told me I had 24 hrs to pick up or they was going to sell. I get there in 2 hrs now the battery was dead so now she wants to charge me for a new one after a few words she calls the police. Bad business find somewhere else to buy.
DO NOT go to this place the owner is nothing but a con artist! I went there to get 1 simple thing fix and end up with more problems which they created. And then I had to pay 60 dollars for a problem they did and my problem never got fix
Bring cash or pay $5.00 fee. I needed a part for an old mini bike and they had it on hand. They have new vehicle's and I did see a couple used. In the building it appears they have the tools and equipment to service anything they sale. Ricky the manager is super nice, knowledgeable, has a very nice attitude, and was not pushy in any way. Discounts of any kind are NOT offered, but the manager is the only reason I choose to do business here. In time I believe Ricky will be able to make future ratings 5 stars.
Went to look at a moped to just drive around town the manager Ricky was very helpful and informative. He gave me the run down and break down of the prices and how the total come to what they are! He informed me of the lay a way option and the benefits of starting one!! If you haven't been there yet I suggest you give it a shot it has done a total turn around from the previous negative post I see!!! I purchased mine from here rather than Hawg scooter because of how helpful Ricky is!! Great job dude keep up the good work
