By my job, so decided to go there. They arrived 5 minutes before opening. I got the $57 pedicure but it wasn't that good at all. The person I had, could tell he might still be hung over from Thanksgiving. Wasn't the best experience at all. Still gave him a $20 tip but wouldn't go back.

I paid $57 for the FireWalker Pedicure + $15 for gel polish. The pedicure itself was very nice. Felt great, and the gentleman working on my feet made me feel comfortable and relaxed. However, as you can see the paint job was pretty rough. Polish is uneven, not to the end of the nail, raised in certain spots from a million coats, but also not consistent in color. Very spotty, and the entire pinky toe nail chipped off in the same day. I enjoyed the service itself, but feel pretty insecure about the paint job. Also, beware this place does not have AC. A 90F day in Milwaukee, with my feet soaking in scorching water was not too ideal.

My favorite place to go to get my nails done! This place is very popular, so there will most likely be a wait. Plan accordingly. It's also a great place to go for a bridal party! My friend got married earlier this year and they let us bring in wine and snacks, and even stayed open late because there were so many of us!

I scheduled an appointment through the website after reviewing their prices. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Mind you on the site the price was listed as $40 for a deluxe pedicure and $16 for a manicure no where it was listed that additional will be applied. So after I get my pedicure which was good I went for the manicure which I didn't like for a few reasons. 1. The price was not as listed on the web or in store. It came out to be $20 for the manicure and extra $5 for a French tip. 2. They did nothing to make it feel like a manicure all they did was cut off all my nails to where I can't even feel myself scratch, sock my nails in water, cut the cuticles and French tip them. I'm sorry I will not be going back to this over priced spa that dont even bother to update their prices. I could've went somewhere else and paid the $67 in getting a pedicure and my nails actually done in gel... good luck to you all that will still go thereServices: Manicure

I have been a loyal client of Gossip and now Jade's for over two years. If you're looking for the best manicure, look no further than David. It's really an art with him and he will guarantee that you walk away happy. I have seen the other technicians as well for manicures and they are all equally wonderful, but David is my tried and true favorite! The downside for me, which is why I am rating them with a 4, is that I am beginning to notice is that the appointment times I make are not kept, on their end. I used to live right downtown, so waiting around for my service to begin a non-issue, but now that I live 20-25 minutes away, it is a big inconvenience to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for a manicure because they decided to squeeze in another client, ignoring my appointment. There sadly have been 3 instances where I have had to leave without getting anything done because I was waiting over 40 minutes and unfortunately couldn't wait any longer. I really do enjoy this salon because their service is wonderful and the technicians are lovely. I've been a loyal customer for a reason! I just am starting to wonder if my time is worth more than the wait.

3 of us went in without an appt and they took us right away for pedicures. My water was boiling hot and not tested by the tech which I feel is not ok my daughter is 10 and they never checked her water either. They did a good job and when we were done my daughter asked if she could get her nails painted. They charged 20 just for painting a 10 yr old tiny fingers and i feel that was way too much. I like coming here, the technicians are nice and do a good job. They are also able to do some trendier nails, which I love as well.

I am new to Milwaukee and live in the area - I was glad to see a nail place so close and the technicians did a good job. However, it came to paying and I, unfortunately like others leaving reviews here, was overcharged. Their signs clearly said one price but the technician argued with me and said that the full price was not posted and charged me $10 over the posted price. I called the next day to ask about pricing, I was quoted the same price that was posted on their signs and website and then when I explained that I was actually in the night before and over charged the phone was passed around until someone came on to tell me that the first person who was on the phone had given me an incorrect quote and what I was charged the night before was the correct price. If you do choose to go here please, please verbally agree to the price before doing any service. It is very unfortunate because they did a good job - but lying to and overcharging customers is unacceptable.

Came here a few times to get a manicure and I left each time disappointed. My nails weren’t shaped right and we’re filled with wet polish in the inside so every time I brushed them against something the gel would spill out from the inside. I don’t know how that’s possible but I wouldn’t recommend this place. I also got my eyebrows waxed here and the first time the lady did a great job. The second time I came, a different lady did them and completely ruined them. It took months for my eyebrow to grow back evenly.

I love it here... They are friendly and the wait is never long! & I always love my nails!!
