Worst level of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I dropped off a frame to have them fix it and it took them 4 months of constant visits to complete the project. When I went to pick it up, I was horrified by what I saw. The level of quality and craftsmanship was sooo poor. When I questioned the quality, the owner acknowledged the poor job but refused to fix it. Stay away from here. Plenty of other reputable framers out there!!!
