I checked out Jaie3 for the first time about two weeks ago.
Highlight, Glaze, Style, Blow dry. I was recommended through a friend and had Kelly D. as a stylist. Kelly was very professional, gave me good hair advice, talked positively, genuinely cared. She cleaned up the grown out faded colors in my hair. The color and style turned out awesome!
The salon experience was positive from start to finish. The space is very comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I've had plenty of massages but nothing has ever compared to Thomas. His depth of knowledge, intuition, and sense of caring are unparalleled. Everything about the experience was amazing - I can't recommend Jaie3 highly enough!

Normally, we love Jaie3, and have been going for various services for many years. This is being abit nit-picky... but I feel it needs to be addressed. My middle school son got a haircut tonight. After waiting for the woman in front of me to schedule almost a year’s worth of appointments (for every 6 weeks —despite there being a long line of customers waiting to pay)... my son told me that he didn’t like one part of his haircut, but was too embarrassed to say something to his stylist. I looked at his hair, and it was indeed “off”. The lines were not straight and part of the cut accentuated his cowlick, so it needed to be fixed. Which is fine, because everybody makes mistakes. But when I finally got to the desk (after at least 10 minutes of waiting), and told the receptionist what he needed, she spoke to the stylist and we were told she could take him AFTER her next client was done. Seriously?!?
It was bad enough that the receptionist let the woman in front of us schedule a crazy number of appointments (when so many other clients were waiting), instead of asking her to call or stop back at a less busy time.... But then to be told we had keep waiting, was absolutely ridiculous. I work in a customer service oriented job and that was just really poor customer service. His haircut took 30 minutes and we waited a total of 35 additional mins, for a 2 minute fix (for an obvious mistake).
I will update my review to more stars at some point, because I truly do like this place. I just want them to know that when a situation like this occurs, the person that was there first should really be served. first, especially if they’re unhappy with the end result! And you should also ask a client if they *have* time to keep waiting — Especially since there was no apology about how long the customer in front of us took. I actually had a call booked that I had to cancel... so it was pretty frustrating.
Normally this place is great, but I do sometimes see inconsistencies with the quality of the cuts, from stylist to stylist and even from the same stylist. That’s for both my husband and my son and Has been true for our entire time with them.

Victoria is a unicorn in aesthetics!!! Her facials, peels and waxing services are impeccable. Jaie3 has a great vibe, amazing staff and the best customer service.
