Jamaican Me Tan

I went one time and will never return. The staff is super unprofessional constantly barking and complaining about their local competitors. I had also explained to them that i am very fair and burn quickly & that i would be interested in a spray tan. They did not offer spray tans. I settled for using the bed for just a short amount of time but did not have any tanning lotion. I started to purchase some when I noticed the price was nearly twice as much as what I paid online for the same brand. Even the sample lotion packets were ridiculously priced. I won’t be bad, unfriendly staff and ugly prices!!!

Purchased a month of tanning, was able to tan for 8 minutes but because of my life long medication was unable to keep tanning. Took them 2 weeks to finally let me know I could get no refund, which I understand. But since I had already purchased the month tried transferring the month to my family member which they did not allow me too. I think that is really wrong to take my $40 even though I was only able to use one day.

I used to love this place because I thought it was a business that cared about their clientele, but I was wrong. I paid for a month for my husband and I to go and tan before we went on vacation. My husband got overwhelmed with work flow and was unable to go. I called and explained the circumstance. I asked if it could be credited to my account or refunded since he did not use it at all and it had been less than a week since I paid for it. The owner said I could not be refunded nor credited. For being loyal clients to this place I am beyond disappointed. It just seems like they are money hungry and care not about the people that will give them steady business.

Love it. EVERYONE is so friendly and helpful But it would have been nice if I was notified that they were closing. I dont tan everyday so I didnt see the sign till I went up today to tan. It wasn't up a week ago or a week and a half.

The girls that work there have always been friendly and courteous, place in is well maintained and cleaned after each use, I never had a problem. Their prices are fair and I go every chance I can

I have been coming to this location for years, recently bought out by the business man next door. For the first time, I purchased a tan product that created streaks on me- no other product purchased there has done that. I just wanted some credit or gesture that my business meant something to him and the answer was NO. I am sure he could have gotten a credit from his supplier- some free tan time would have been no skin pun intended off his nose-but nothing. No gesture to accommodate a long time customer. He bought the business but doesn't want to take up the responsibility of owning it and taking care of customers.

Jamaican me tan Lotion prices are outrageous you can buy cheaper online. Too much complaining to customers about local competitors.. Unprofessional. ** update** after leaving this poor review for this unprofessional business , Lori Smith who is in a relationship with the owner Jeff Jones has taken a screen shot of each bad review and posted it on Tan Huts page in a pathetic attempt to make them look bad!! Buyer beware!!!

The workers are always kind to me and welcome me with a smile when I come in. They have good prices on lotions and tanning packages. Never had a problem with this place and I have been going for about two years now.

The owners are not Jamaican. Very odd to have a company named something that you are not. It’s not cute and witty. It’s weird. Also, the man had another’s business called Pied Piper which is also strange bc that story is of a man who lures children. Very odd people. Do not recommend. They also bash other companies just bc they have loads of bad reviews. Should say something about the character of these people.

If you are looking for the worst tanning salon in all of Kansas, look no further! This place comes complete with horrible service, over priced items and services, and a dirty environment! I could not stress how unsatisfied I was with my visit. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE save your money and go ANYWHERE else
