Smoothies are good. All though the employees can take a while at times, it’s usually prompt.

Soooo Happy to find Jamba near base in Hawaii! You guys were a lifesaver! However, buyer beware most places cannot deliver on base Jamba included. I gave up my Jamba to the DoorDash driver because I didn't know the rules. I was visiting my son for the 1st time. But, they do open at some insane time like 6am, so you can definitely get your Jamba on early!

I bought a tumbler, instructed them to put my orange dream machine smoothie inside. I am surprised that they never even remove this paper and not rinse the tumbler. I think it’s common sense to rinse before pouring a fresh smoothie. I am so disgusted to know that there’s added flavor of paper and ink in my drink.

Always great. Refreshing, delicious, non guilt inducing. Friendly service to boot.

This store does not answer their phone and when they do they disrespect you and cuss at you for calling, I blame management for not taking the job seriously and not training their employees correctly, if I could rate it 0 I would, do NOT go here.

I usually always order the gotcha matcha it has been my top drink and this time I came in and order it at this location and the drink was crazy sweet and no flavor of matcha so I went ahead and let them know that the drink didn’t taste right that it was extremely sweet and they recharge me for a new drink. I went ahead and reordered the gotcha matcha without the cloud foam this time thinking maybe that would make a difference and unfortunately that wasn’t the case the drink I received was still the same… I left disappointed and having to throw my money and drinks..

Tastes kinda so-so, a bit like powder? Anyway there's way too many better options to be worth your while..!

The staff is so sweet and generous. Someone a hole took our order, but the staff remade the order and gave us a free smoothie. They are the epitome of professional. Will definitely be going back.

I came in about a week and a half ago near probably an hour before closing. No one else in the store but me so and I got my order fast and it tasted great. The problem is while Renee sorry if I spell it wrong looked to be by herself which she was a super star but when I was just about to get mine a rush came in near closing. Your telling me yall only scheduled one person or had that many people call out. ALL OF YOUR MANAGEMENT should be ashamed. Give that girl a paid day off and a raise.

After standing there at the cashier waiting for it seems like forever, I asked an employee if someone was working the front. He looked at me in an annoyed way and took my order. There was maybe a handful of people that were waiting for their order. The floors are dirty and tables are not cleaned. It’s too many employees at this establishment for it to run this way. I’ve had better experiences at other Jamba Juice’s.
