Jamba Juice

How can a smoothie place not have a cooler for to go orders? Every other place I go to puts the smoothies in the cooler and they are cold when you pick them up. I thought it was standard. Noone wants a warm separated smoothie

I went and there was about 15 minutes til closing but the worker looked a little younger had already decided to close early. Very upset with this neglect and negative attitude towards working. Will not be coming back to Jamba Ill stick to Smoothie king. Door was already locked. Disappointed to say the least.

Good smoothie, good serive. Very convenient and get lots of coupons from the app! I work at the Staples nearby and go here for a quick drink on my lunch on the regular!

Smoothies are usually fine, but we've recently experienced a few issues using GrubHub getting and delivering the wrong sizes, and that's not an issue with GrubHub. The last three times we've ordered from this location, though, waffles have arrived burnt to a crisp, to the point that you could smell the burning through the bag. I'm actually not sure how they were deemed acceptable to send out the door.

I know this place is getting a lot of lower star reviews but I have no reason not give them a 5 star review. This location had a clean store, the staff was friendly, my drink was made in a reasonable amount and I got exactly what I ordered. The smoothie was delicious and well made!

The smoothie is Not that Good Not bad either but I expect it to be better

Always fast and yummy! I normally get the Mango-Go-Go very good but today I got the Caribbean Passion and that was also very good.

The food here is amazing it is delicious and not honestly not even that overpriced, you get a good amount of food for the money you spend as long as you avoid the breakfast sandwiches. The facility was clean, food came out quickly, and honestly it was a 5 star experience. I think that is why it is so impressive that the staff members glare alone could make me dislike this experience so much. The second I walked in with my small group she glared us down and seemed to be highly impatient with us even though there was no line and we were being very polite. She never stopped the glaring bit and snapped at us repeatedly when we hesitated while ordering. Jamba, you have a really nice place here but I think a mirror in the break room and some smiling lessons could go a long way.

I’m confused why there are pumpkin seeds in the first bowl and both of them have Rice Krispies Instead granola ? I’m confused and the veggie egg was frozen .

ordered a smoothie that included pineapple juice, and she put pineapple chunks in it. anyone who regularly drinks smoothies knows that there’s a big difference. kindof BS honestly.
