Dr Deutsch is just amazing! He gave me so much hope on my first visit. I'm 3 week post-op strabismus surgery. Dr Deutsch was very thorough when explaining the procedure. He and his team took amazing care of me on the day of my procedure. He played relaxing music to calm me down before the anesthesia. How amazing! These people made me so confident going into surgery He was very available if I had an emergency or any concerns. Before I came to Dr Deutsch, a few ophthalmologist had told me that my eye couldn't be straightened due to the extent of the trauma I sustained. But Dr Deutsch believed in me. Thank you Dr Deutsch. You are a blessing!

I had recent eye surgery. Dr. Deutsch did a superb job. He explained everything to me and was available in case of emergency. Very highly recommended, excellent doctor who also knows how to talk to patients.

I do not understand why doctors always refer clients to 185 Montague location. The receptionist at that location is MORE THAN NASTY and DISGUSTING to even work in any store or even associate with human. She need to be home alone. Not to work in Medical facility. His office at 110 REMSEN STREET is better. The doctor is best in town . God used him to correct my child's eyes . So experience and with great understanding .And he explain every step.

Dr. Deutsch is an incredible ophthalmologist. My previous eye doctor told me my eyes can’t be operated on because my strabismus would go in the other direction, but I decided to get a second opinion and I was recommended to see Dr. Deutsch. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about having surgery and it was successful! I’m now about 3 months post op and finally have straight eyes. Yes, there is sometimes a long wait time but it is well worth it as he is very thorough and answers all of your questions. I have not had any unpleasant experience with the staff and people need to realize the wait is not in their control. Overall very satisfied and thankful I found this doctor and highly recommend him.

My name is song ho I had a injury to my eye back in 92 ever since then I've been went to different eye doctors they said you will never see on your left eye permanently blind so I decide searching for a doctor could fix my eye when I came to New York I heard about Dr Deutsch I read his article so I decide to go see him so he could help me recover my left eye so I decide go with the operation when he finish with operation couple days later I could see through my left eye I I was waiting for 22 I really thank you for the Dr Deutsch

I am always amazed at how responsive and brilliant Dr. Deutsch is as I have often called him with emergencies. This past Friday, his office staff was unbelievably kind, totally indulged my nervousness and the doctor was beyond thorough and thoughtful. He explained everything to me before he sent me to a specialist that he called in advance for me on the spot. He followed up and confirmed the diagnosis with me, he is a super professional. He will forever be my doctor, my daughters' doctor—everyone I know goes to him already and always has. He's the real deal and if I did have to wait, which I didn't, I wouldn't care one bit and I'm the kind of person who would normally be annoyed, he's busy because he's the best!

Dr Deutsch is wonderful but his office staff is deplorable. We’ve been taking our kids there for years and except for the time actually spent with Dr Deutsch, the rest of the visits from scheduling to waiting often an hour plus in waiting room are horrible. I’ve left messages trying to schedule appointments without ever receiving a call back. When I finally speak with a receptionist she is always rude, and even hung up on me multiple times while in the middle of a sentence! Dr Deutsch, if you see this, know that this treatment by your staff affects your practice. I’ll be taking my family elsewhere from now on.

Dr Deutsch is an awesome and amazing Doctor I have been going to him for 15 years or more he is knowledgeable and gentle. I have had surgery done by him also his patients are important to him and he has a wonderful bedside mannor. I have several family and friends that I have referred to him as well and they love the care he provides.

My daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Deutsche for 4-5 years now. He is very nice and professional. There is a wait and you need to make your appointment way in advance, but it is worth it. The wait has never been more than 30 minutes, but my take on it is he gives each person the attention they need. I wouldn't want to be seen right away if it means that I am being rushed. Yes his receptionists are a little unprofessional, but i have never noted them to be rude. Overall the doctor and his staff are good in my opinion.

Dr. Deutsch is a truly caring and knowledgable doctor. I had a difficult situation - strabismus in one eye, along with a host of other eye issues. Other eye surgeons would not risk doing corrective surgery on me but Dr. Deutsch did and now the double vision that plagued me for years is gone! Cannot speak highly enough of this doctor, visiting him has . been life changing.
