Excellent service. They came out and painted my 80 year old wooden house. Brought in a large crew, did most of it in 1 day which was amazing, and then had a single worker come back and "touch up and perfect" everything. So, it was quiet and super easy to deal with. They also replaced some bad wood. Brought in a carpenter and he did an amazing job. Thank you James White !! You are a good man and a man who definitely does everything you promised. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again.

Two weeks ago, 09-05-2019, James and John White, Inc. painted our house near Anaheim Hills road.  John did the walk-through and estimate. James brought the crew and checked in regularly for questions or issues. Cesar and his team did the setup, repair, caulking, taping, painting and cleanup. He also repaired some damaged wood and worked with me on a couple additional repairs.  I'm especially happy with their stucco repair. There was wear all around and some corners were chipped and cracked. The property had settled a little since the 70's and there were a couple of long, ugly cracks in one wall. Once Cesar and his guys were done, you can't even see they were there. There was some bad stucco work from an old door installation. It couldn't really be repaired, but Cesar managed a subtle texturing that makes it invisible.  The paint looks great and the house is clean and sharp. The whole process was quick, smooth and efficient. We were always completely comfortable with everyone on the team!  My neighbors seem happy with the job and I hear several have contacted the Whites for their homes, as well.  Looks great! Thanks, again, guys.

The initial meeting was great. They stated what they would paint, repair etc and the price. They emphasized that we could pay once the job was completed to our satisfaction.  The first time they came, they did an excellent job masking, moving plants & things away from the house. The main painter kept rushing the other painters which didn't appreciate but I just let them finish. I had to leave & when I got home, they were gone. My husband & I inspected their work & realized they had not replaced some of the boards they said that they were. Also some of the window frames were not painted. They came back again and started they would do or finish what we had originally discussed. BUT this time they DID NOT mask the house again. Paint droplets got on my plants, the window screens, the cement etc. Again, the main painter was in a rush.  It was an okay paint job but honestly was expecting a BETTER job & for them to be more clean.

Was an overall good experience and once we worked through some communication problems the job turned out great. Replaced wood trim, painted the house , porch and gate. The total cost was $3500 for about a 1300 sq foot house. Very easy to work with and they don't charge a deposit. Would recommend them if you need a great painter.
