I hired Bart to help with my late mother’s estate. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but very kind and sensitive to my situation. I live out of state and could not always come into town. Bart was always accessible and went above and beyond my expectations. He truly eased my mind and made this sad time much more manageable. If there was such a thing as a 10 star rating Bart would deserve it. In a probate landscape filled with legal liars and greed-motivated heirs, Bart stands out as a pillar of honesty, integrity and legal expertise. Without his counsel I don't know how I could have made it through my mother's probate case which was, up until his involvement, one of the most horrible experiences of my life. I cannot recommend Bart more highly.

Bart has been a blessing for my family. He has acted as many different roles for us, including Estate Planner, Probate Attorney, and most importantly, Trusted Advisor. Bart helped my family navigate the often confusing issues we dealt with after the unexpected passing of our Father. He was able to help us navigate some uncomfortable and tough decisions. He was very honest throughout the process and was able to give both myself and my sisters’ peace of mind. Bart has also served as our Estate Planner. My Wife and I have consulted with him on a variety of topics as they relate to our children, our power-of-attorneys, and a variety of other topics that relate to our family’s future. We trust his advice and have recommended him many times to other’s looking to plan their futures, and will continue to do so in the future. It is rare nowadays to receive excellent customer service, but that is exactly what Bart provides. Calls and emails are returned in a timely manner regardless of the day or time. Bart is an excellent attorney who provided outstanding services to our family in the area of estate planning. He developed a creative estate plan that considers all conceivable events that might happen in the future. He is very organized and our completed documents are indexed for easy reference. I have been referring Bart to my family members. Due to their similar outstanding experience, they are likewise referring Bart to their friends and family with great excitement.
