Retained Tylor for a criminal case he gladly took the retainer but hardly worked on my case got me a terrible deal then never showed up to court. Completely incompetent attorney save yourself money and freedom pick a different attorney. He didnt represent me he took a check and dipped
They’ll steal your money and not properly represent you. They’re the true criminals. I paid all for my attorney to not show up and my money to be thrown down the drain. They have state bar violations for stealing peoples money be careful who you do business with and consider a better attorney
Truth is that when we're in a pinch we expect answers every second of the day from our lawyer which is probably why they don't always answer our rhetorical questions and hysterical phone calls, I don't blame them, Glenn did me solid and though I don't wish to see him again I would certainly use him again if I ever needed those services.
Please read reviews before you make a selection. Shapiro is totally ineligible to fight your case and can’t be able to represent a strong references in any cases. He always side with prosecutors This Loser attorney is the worst amongst attorneys. What a pity! With injustice Downfall begins.
I believe that over all the attorneys here care WE THE PEOPLE. I literally in a bad situation, where I'm not only trying to protect my rights, but my FREEDOM. My attorney was/is usually very attentive. However, I've freaked out several times due to him being a tad late and I was questioned multiple times by the court where is your attorney! Due to being late, also the county of Douglas gave me probation, ordered a psychiatric evaluation as well. I agreed to 6 months probation and the eval. However, I relocated to Landcaster due to work. However, they want me to take a class that was never assigned by the judge! Yet they want me to take a 36 week domestic class. I was never convicted of that, and the judge never ordered the class. The P.O. tells me that I'm forced to take this 36 week class that was never in the agreement or ordered, and due to this class take my 6 month probation and DOUBLE IT!!! So I called my attorney, and he said he would fight to get it dismissed. He promised to contact me the next day, that turned into days, now going on weeks! No follow up! Then a second case I have with the same attorney he showed up to the hearing late. I'm fighting a felony! The prosecutor is alleging I violated a Protection Order. Well here's the thing my ex sent me pictures with a loaded gun in her mouth threatening to blow her brains all over the bedroom due to me ignoring her!, 2nd went to the judge to drop the order, 3rd the supposed violation was through an app, linked to my email, linked to my phone. Well my desktop is open and my friends are over often. Turns out one of them has been harassing my EX! Well you'd think my attorney would have an awesome plan of defense, and maybe he does. I just wish thing's were followed through better. He's not a bad attorney but things could be followed through way better. My managers at Baxter are even getting frustrated with how things are being handled, as this directly affects my employment.
The lawyers are very professional and offer good advice on what to do legally. If for some reason they can't help you. They will refer you to an attorney with a very good track record legally. Mr Shapiro was my business Attorney for a number of years. He gave us excellent service. I recommend him and Mr Schaefer highly.
The truth is I don't know yet. I just want for them to keep their word. If you say your going to do something out of respect for the client, and the firm follow through. Communicate effectively, if you say you'll call please do, you'll talk to the prosecutor please do. I'm working with Robert and I'm praying things work out.
Robert Schaefer is very professional and listens to you. Mr.Schaefer understands and explains the legal process very well. Mr.Schaefer has went way above and beyond for my son and I. Thank you!
Michael J Wilson is by far the best attorney to have for child custody in Nebraska. He is very to the point, honest and considerate. He takes the time to get to know you and understand what is best for the child. I could go on and on about how pleased I am with my attorney. I think it is safe to say you are in great hands if you have Michael J Wilson representing you. Just be ready to take responsiblity and LISTEN to his advice. Also, this goes with out saying Glenn Shapiro and anyone in this office will truly go above and beyond. I appreciate your team. Thank you! -Amber
I’m proud to say I’ve know Glenn and the great people at Schaffer Shapiro for over a decade now both personally and professionally. He’s an upstanding attorney and an even better man, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come to him with any legal advice and know it to be the most knowledgeable consultation you could ask for. A big A+++ Honestly and Sincerely, Patrick Y.
