Dr Frank and his team provided a really world-class experience with me for an endoscopy. Quick to see me after a referral, found space for the subsequent surgery quickly given my needs, and was thorough in his explanations, patient with my questions and requests, and friendly to put me at ease on the day. The whole team were great.

My mother visited Dr. Frank. He was very patient and accommodating of her limited Spanish ability and did an incredible job making her feel heard and understood. He has excellent bed side manner and explained every detail thoroughly and in plain terms. My mom highly recommends him!

The first time I met Dr. Frank was in 2009 for a colonoscopy. I was sick and my primary care physician sent me to him. Dr. Frank would not let me leave the office. My situation was an emergency!!! It was so bad that he made the arrangements for me to be admitted into the hospital, and notified the surgeon! After my surgeries, he put me in touch with the one of the best oncologist.... As far as I am concerned, Dr. Frank saved my life! I have all of my colonoscopy procedures performed by Dr. Frank!!!! I trust this Doctor with my life!!! Thank you Dr. Frank!

The office staff is wonderful and personal. Dr. Frank is a fantastic gastroenterologist.

He is an outstanding Dr. that knows his field very well. I have seen many dr.s for GI issues but no one has been good as him. He like to "cut to the chase" and get right to the root of the problem rather than tons of trial and error that so many other dr's I have had in the past have done. He is fast, efficient and likes to find answers for you to make your life better. He ordered tests immediately to get answers to my GI issues that I didn't even know were available. He isn't just an "eat better" and your tummy will stop hurting doc. He does look for the root causes and I couldn't be happier. Finally someone that really serves the patient and not just feeds them pills and guesses. Thank you Dr. Frank. I am very happy with his work and results.

I was contacted by Dr. Frank MedStar that I was due for a colonoscopy and requested to call and schedule an appointment. I didn't think it was time for another one so I contacted his office and was told that I was not in their system and based on his tenure with MedStar that was an indication that I was due to have the procedure?? Fast forward 6 months ... I met with Dr. Frank and told him it did not seem it was time to have the procedure...he goes to pull my record and returns saying I had a good memory and I "was not due for one for another 3 years and he didn't know why he'd wrote that on my record because nothing about my test results indicated that I should return sooner"...thereby acknowledging his mistake. That was August 2017 and to this day I'm still receiving a co-payment bill for services he did not perform. Albeit, he is a good doctor, he does move and talk so fast that you barely get a word in thereby creating circumstances such as this because I made it very clear to his person and the front desk that I was not paying for his mistake. Fortunately, this mistake was not on a larger scale!

Dr. Frank listens intently to your health concerns and responds with clear and concise courses of action. I am very glad I was seen by him.

Dr Frank did a great job. He and his staff are very kind helpful and professional. Would recommend.
