Zero stars. Made my condition worse. Gave the wrong meds. Suffering daily to function. Won’t and should have sent referrals to specialist doctors. Doesn’t know what he’s doing. Trusted the wrong person. Ruined my life.
I have been going to Dr. Lumeng for years. Service by staff has always been exceptional. Dr. Lumeng always takes the time to explain the medications prescribed and why he is prescribing them. He uses diagrams, pictures, and 3d body modules in all of his explanations. He also recommends to me healthy ways to eat and exercise. He is the most complete doctor that I have experienced. For these reasons, I never moved on to another doctor.
Great doctor, However the Receptionist/office manager Lisa has a Terrible Attitude Towards patience. She should be fired, but because she is the daughter of Dr. Lumeng , she still work there. I love the attention Dr. Lumeng provides, however I avoid returning there Only Because of Lisa. I’m surprised more people have not raised their voices about the bad attitude/Customerservice provided at this location.
