What a crazy experience it is selling your home in today’s market. Paul and his team did a great job of making it easy for me too get results. They scheduled contractors, inspectors, stagers and all the other things that go with selling a house. We actually had to sell this house three times which was absolutely crazy. They are creative marketers and I was happy with my decision to partner with them
Best realty I have ever worked with. Jamison sold our home and helped us purchases a new lot to build a new home. Without Paul at the wheel we likely would have lost the lot we fell madly in love with! Paul is knowledgable, personal and simply the best at what he does. Being a custom home builder, I have had my fair share of interaction with many local realtors, none of them put the care and details into the deal the way Paul Jamison does. Paul Jamison and his team have been incredible to work with! To prepare for listing, Paul came out to our house and advised us on what would be key elements to address for the best result. When our property was listed, 30+ people attended our open house and we received 3 written offers that day. Paul communicated each offer to us in detail and answered questions with insight from his experience. Also, all correspondence from his assistant Tim, were professional and detailed. I've had the pleasure of working with Paul Jamison on both the rental and sales side of his business. His property management team managed our rental home for the last couple of years, and I always found them to be very professional and easy to work with. We recently worked with Paul and his team to sell this same home it just closed! and found them to be very professional. I met Paul several years ago after hearing one of his radio commercials to talk with him about my house that I converted to a rental. At the time I was just checking my options. During that initial meeting I knew I found the right person because he didn’t pressure me only gave guidance and options. Fast forward to just about two months ago I finally decided I wanted to get out of the rental business, the only person I thought of was Paul Jamison. We met, put a plan in place then Paul and his most talented agents / staff went to work to sell my house. Amazingly my house was on the market for a total of four days and got great results for the effort that Paul and his team put into place. Their formula for selling homes work! Though I only worked with Paul and Tim R. who were great through the whole process I’m certain there are others I say thanks to. I honestly would recommend Paul Jamison and his team to be on your side when it’s time to sell. In my case we truely got it Done!
My wife and I recently hired Paul and the Jamison Realty team to help us purchase an investment home. Our experience was fantastic! Paul met with us personally to understand our goals and desires with our investment home, and from there he searched for properties that met our criteria. Paul personally drove my wife and I around to multiple homes on multiple different days to give us a full sampling of what was available. I loved how Paul looked at purchasing an investment home from an unemotional, analytical perspective--he simply refused to allow us to pay too much for a home that wasn't worth it. He had spreadsheets showing costs, ideal purchase prices, and projected rates of return for each home we looked at. After a short time we were under contract, and we just recently closed on our first rental property a few weeks ago. Paul and his whole team were top notch, professional, and thorough, and they made this process as easy as it could be. I highly recommend Paul and Jamison realty--you won't be disappointed!
Paul Jamison is hands down the best real estate agent I have worked with, having experienced many real estate agents across Europe, Japan and the US. Paul is more than a real estate agent, he is a friend and will go out of his way through the whole process to support, drive decisions, follow up on needed actions and guide with great insight in the local Charlotte real estate market. I count us blessed to have found such a reliable and genuinely nice individual, even through a long process of 9-10 months to build the house of our dreams.
Paul Jamison is a truly amazing realtor. I first met him in 2016 when I was considering moving my family to Charlotte from Australia.
