Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems of Houston

Anyone who needs somebody for commercial cleaning this is the place I recommend. They work on everything in a timely and thorough manner. They are worth every penny and dime. Take advantage. I strongly recommend!

I've use JanPro on several occasions and I've been very happy on both. They have clean my carpets and floors. I've recommended them to a friend who owns a small business and he now have little commercial space. The have done a great job on cleaning his building. Every time I walk in the office smells very fresh and clean. I will recommend this company to anyone; they are indeed a great cleaning company

Jan Pro offers individuals an opportunity to be business owners and subcontract work from them. You have to pay thousands of dollars to enter the company and make decedent money. However you end up paying them to be their employee. They don’t properly train, they don’t inspect properly, they don’t pay you all your money and find reasons to debit what you are owed. They pay you 60 days out from the days you worked and then they will hold your money. Rebecca one of the owners will short your check and leave the office on the day checks are given. She refuses to correct your money then she stops answering. The office staff is severely incompetent and no one communicates. Overall my experience with this company has been horrible. When I decided to end my business relationship, they kept my final check which was over $2450 and claimed I still owed more. They are a rip off!!!!!

Janpro is a franchise model and therefore the Janpro corporation does not directly control it's independent contractors that work for them. This leads to huge inconsistency, issues with changing crews, and issues with quality of their work. We have used them for a year and have had to complain about service issues many many times. They are sometimes fixed for a day or two, but never permanently and always with a huge amount of hassle. I will not use this company again. There are many locally owned janitorial services in your area, I suggest going to them as you will likely get much more direct control, higher quality, and better/faster service.

When I used the company in the past, they did great. The crew used for the Richmond area though has been something else. Skipping rooms to using dirty rags to clean windows. Not happy and done with Jan-Pro. I was told the the concerns would be addressed and solved. Since day one I have had problems. To top it off they want to hold on to my keys to the business until I pay the final invoice. Can we say ransom.

The company was extremely responsive when COVID hit earlier this year. They came the very next day to disinfect my office building with EnviroShield. The employees and sales team has been super responsive whenever I need something. Great customer service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am convinced that any positive reviews on this company are coming from their own franchisees. There is nothing 5 star worthy about this company. If they show up they might take the trash out and that is about it. Please save your company from the headache of having to send in pictures and certified mail to cancel before your contract has ended.

Don't be fooled by their marketing package! Employees don't come in uniform or with photo id badge, never did I see a log book/checklist or monthly inspections done as they promised. They don't use green products and they don't use a four-color coded micro-fiber system colored towels for different cleaning surfaces as mentioned. Their marketing package is a lie! If you want to micro-manage this is the company for you. In addition, although we were paying our bills on time, Jan-Pro was not paying the Franchisee on time. I had the franchisee asking me to call Jan-Pro to get them paid. To top it off Jan-Pro takes a huge portion of their franchisee's profits. Franchisees are signing these contracts without fully understanding them and Jan-Pro is deceiving them! Don't get stuck in the middle of this mess, hire someone else!

Our business has used Jan-Pro and it has been one problem after another. The kitchen sink rarely gets cleaned and most of the time they aren't dusting at all. They have cleaned all of our mirrors/windows with dirty wet rags so I had to clean the mirrors to be able to use them. I really think that most of the time they are just coming in and emptying the trash cans. They are cheap and like your mama has always said "you get what you pay for" We are done with them....moving on.

I received excellent customer service from two employees, José and Joey. Both were very kind and helpful when the person who was doing my estimate never showed up. Joey helped me over the phone and was very friendly, and José promptly came out to my store when the other person didn't show up and was very friendly and helpful.
