We have used Jan Pro for the past 4+ years and are happy with them. If there ever is a problem, they work it out and make it right. However, I would like to modify my review as the cleaning people they send out are great. Their billing department has a lot to learn about customer service.
I never post reviews. Nor have I ever experienced service this terrible. Janpro obviously cares about 1 thing and that's their bottom line. They don't care if they lose customers because they know they get new ones as fast as they lose them. The crews don't wear uniforms, they bring their children to the job-site and they work, they often don't bring supplies unless you catch them, and towards the end of our contract, I audited them and found out they didn't show up to 2 of their shifts in December. When I brought this up to our account manager/operations guy, they were not outraged, they didn't assure me it wouldn't happen again, they just said they'd refund us. As someone in customer service, it's hard to even comprehend how you could mentally and financially risk treating customers this way. It's not a good look, nor is it smart for business. Save your money, do your research, spend a little more and hire a company that cares about quality.
I'm shocked there aren't more bad reviews here. This company is an absolute disaster to deal with! The cleaning was not getting done so after giving them three months to correct it we started the cancellation process. It is the most ridiculous and frustrating process I have ever encountered in my life! Yes they do make you jump through hoops even if you have been unhappy for months. The third time my husband talked to them... somehow still remaining calm... the guy Domingo was incredibly rude and then proceeded to hang up on him! We were shocked and astounded! After going through the whole silly process they require to cancel... which took longer than we actually tried their services... all the while they continue billing you per their contract... We have an email saying our final payment will be in Oct, but we got billed again in November. I called again... which seems to always turn into a frustrating waste of time... to no resolution. Incredible. If you are considering using them, you would be better off putting your money in a pile on the floor and setting fire to it. Much less frustrating and your place will still be cleaner than they would have left it.
Clemente and his crew with Jan-pro have done a fantastic job catering to the cleaning needs of our large and high volume business, quick to resolve any issue that may arise, and always proactive. Highly recommend this crew over any other.
I worked with Clemente for over 4 years now and he is exceptional when it comes to handling requests. Even if it's last minute he has always come through and helped me out to make sure our facilities were taken care of.
We signed a contract with Jani-Pro to clean our small business office. They are the worst cleaning company. We complained many times over the last year and there has been no improvement. I then cancelled the cleaning service via email and they kept showing up to clean the office even though I cancelled the service. They told me since I did not cancel with a certified letter that they really weren't cancelled. Who does this? An email is not sufficient notification to cancel. They now say I owe them for a cleaning service that I did not authorize since I did not comply with their company protocol for cancelling the service. Would never recommend.
Very satisfied with Jan-Pro's service. They always have great service and are really mindful of the customers they have ! Will for sure be using this company for my small business needs !
