Story

Janet has lived in Las Vegas since 1962 and has enjoyed many different careers. She was a lead dancer in the Donn Arden production of "Jubilee!" for ten years and also danced at the "Lido" in Paris, France. Janet was also a manager in the Entertainment Department at the MGM Grand Hotel from 1992 to 1998 and was responsible for overseeing the décor and entertainment for many of the casino events there. Janet has been a Realtor since 2003 and has assisted her clients with buying and selling their personal residences and investment properties, from condos to custom homes. "Real estate is a good fit for me as I am a detail person and enjoy negotiating. I am very good at walking your home and giving you a list of things to do that will enhance its appeal to buyers. Sometimes the difference in getting great offers and so so offers is in the details... I love details!" Janet is married to Stephen Spelman and has two daughters, Hayley, a professional volleyball player and Sammie, a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In her spare time Janet enjoys tennis, wine tasting and decorating.
