Jang Star TaeKwonDo School

I love this school. My daughter has been going to this school for over three months and she loves it. Even though she is only 2 years old, she pays attention, she listens to the master and loves practicing her lessons. It took a lot of patience for her to focus, but now she is so disciplined. The master and staff are so friendly. My three nephews are black belt students. We just love this school

I really recommend. The Taekwondo school is very nice and they are very polite to each other and bullying is not allowed here. My children entered when they were three years old and the truth is that thanks to the Grand Master and the instructors my children have learned a lot and today they are black belts. I was so happy to come back to see Grand Master during the holidays. Jang Star has always been a special place for me and my family since i was 3 years old. Now 23 years later we get the same amazing treatment as always. I am fortunate to have found this amazing school that has taught me so much and is part of the reason i succeed in the goals that i set in life. I am so proud to see how much my family and I have grown since being in the school.

On December 30th, 2022, my sister and I decided to stop by Jang Star to wish our Grandmaster Soon Kill Jang and family a Happy New Year. While there, we were rushed with memories of our childhood, in particular the year we were hosted on the annual Jang Star Martial Arts Demonstration. It's amazing how much time has passed since that day and even before then. At 26 years old, I'm still grateful to this day for the decision my parents made in signing me up for classes at the little age of 3 and a half years old. Here we were taught to have fun, to fall and get back up and to give it your best, and as the years went by, the teachings only grew. And those teachings, which are far from just physical training, were carried into my daily life. Although life may get the better of us sometimes, Jang Star will always have a very special place in my heart.

Hi, my name is Soledad! I have been practicing at JangStar Taekwondo school for 6 years with my sister, and will receive my black belt next year. Throughout all these years, I can confidently say that this school has not only taught me self defense techniques, but has also built my character, gave me more confidence, and made me a more well-rounded person overall. I truly believe that JangStar Taekwondo has made me the person I am today, and I am also able to defend myself from any potential threats. Jang star is a great Taekwondo school to go to. The teachers there are very kind and gentle with the children. I have enrolled my children a few months ago and the truth is that they have learned a lot, above all they are gaining respect. Hi, my name is Esperanza. When I first came to Jang Star with my sister, I was a shy kid who had no experience with martial arts. After spending seven years at Jang Star Taekwondo School, I have grown to be more confident in myself. Not only have I developed better emotionally and mentally, but I have also learned self-defense techniques that will benefit me should I find myself in a situation when I need to use them. The techniques I have been taught range from learning how to break wood to training with nunchucks to practicing moves with a variety of high kicks and punches. Respect and patience are valued highly in the Jang Star dojo, with an emphasis being placed on staying patient and learning to respect not only others, but yourself as well. Every weekend that arrives is a weekend where I am excited to attend my classes at Jang Star. Taekwondo has helped me become more controlled and taught me discipline and focus. Years have passed since my first time at this incredible martial arts school. Currently, I am the last degree of red belt, looking forward to becoming a black belt and helping others on their tae kwon do journey the way other black belts have helped me. This school not only teaches martial arts but also many life lessons like respect , self-discipline, patience etc . Master Jang and all young teaching staff are very professional, good and friendly .
