Love Courtney at Janica Nicole. She does what you ask and Better. I often have no idea what I want done so she starts with many questions and we tailor it to that particular experience. And she is so very friendly. 

Love this place!! Patty and Janica are amazing!! Great atmosphere and feel very pampered while getting my hair done.  Will recommend this salon to all of my friends.
