Janie and Jack

I love their clothes but I will never shop online with Janie and Jack. They sent me a receipt for one price than increased the price on 4 items when they shipped them!! I placed my order on 11/21 and received a purchase order confirmation email with one set of prices. On 11/30 they sent me an email saying 2 items i purchased were out of stock…but they only refunded $18. So i looked and the price for 4 items went way up from my original receipt. For example, my original receipt had button pointe pants priced at $20.95. On the shipment announcement email on 11/30 they billed me $29.99 for those pants. This is ridiculous!!! I can sort of understand items being out of stock but the price increasing from my order receipt to the shipment notice is really upsetting!!!

This children's clothing store has many very nice clothing items. They tend to have patterns or be twists on things rather than be strictly classical styles. The store is in a nice location right next to Neiman Marcus in Cherry Creek mall, so it's pretty easy to find it.

Came here on Monday to get a few winter outfits for my little one. The choices are limited in comparison to their website but their staff is very friendly and will order anything they do not carry for free fast shipping. The quality of the clothes is top notch, will recommend it especially if you like to pass clothes down.

Love love love this place. This is our go to place for our kids clothes. They have amazing selection of both boys and girls clothes, shoes and accessories. The staff is really nice and helpful. They bring different styles during each season. There is something for everyone. The quality and craftsmanship is really good too. We gift clothes from them to kids we know. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My father ordered a gift for my daughter for her first day of school & had it shipped to me. Unfortunately no where during placing the order did they mention they use UPS sure post. We live in a place where USPS does not exist and have to use a PO Box, because UPS sure post uses USPS for delivery. When the order was placed you could not PO Box number in so my dad uses my home address, it was marked as undeliverable and returned. When I call to find out how to get the package sent to us they said they would reship and I could expect it in 2-3 WEEKS! She also blamed me for not knowing they used sure post, even though the website does not say it anywhere and you can’t input a P.O. Box, also you would it know they use sure post unless you were contacting UPS about your order. She had me on hold for 5 minutes at a time and I had to be on the phone with her for 35 minutes and I think I spent 8 minutes speaking to her in total. Absolutely horrific customer service, I will never shop with them again.

We received a gift for our newborn but the items didn’t fit. We wanted to exchange for something that fits. NOT ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE AT THE MOMENT. This company was bought out by Gap, and they are sticking it to their clientele. If 1/3 of us don’t follow through to get an exchange, refund of GC/store credit etc just imagine how much they stand to gain. Well we’re contacting the BBB, as well as local news. This is horrible business practice. Way to take money out of hard working families hands. It’d be one thing if y’all had signage, but there is nothing stating no returns or exchange.

I went in to get a gift for my niece. They were having sale and i grabbed few stuff. After check out i noticed the total cane out to be about 14-15 dollars more than what i expected. Went back to check and it was charged 14 dollars more than what the price tag was marked. I told the worker she charged more than what its says. She scanned and the price was still more than what it was marked on price tag she said the price tag was marked wrong. I went to the rack and all of them were marked as what I purchased. Than two of the workers told me that price is the sale price and the sale start tomorrow. I told them i will exchange and get something else and theyseemed pretty annoyed. Than they were like we will just give you that price like they were doing me a favor. First of all i went i at 6:30 pm if that was sale price for tomorrow you should of marked it at the end of the day. You never said sorry to a customer for your mistake. I will go online and shop at Janie and Jack. I wont 't go back to this store.

Very pretty stuff but also super expensive. Owners need to realize kids grow quick so not worth buying items. The whole store is overprized
