Tong, the owner, is a reasonable mechanic. He guarantees his work, meaning that if there is an issue with your vehicle after there has been work done to it, he will right the wrong. That being said, this is no discount shop. The prices here are fair considering the good work that takes place. Obviously depending on what work you need, the prices will vary but you should not expect a deep discount. Some might say that this place over charges but the bottom line is that these guys stand by their work and ultimately expect fair compensation. Tong also sells used vehicles for great prices. Good thing about these cars is that he often gives you a limited warranty. He works on the cars he sells so it's safe to say that they will last you a good while; certainly getting your money's worth.
took my mom's Toyota sienna here for coolant leak problem. the owner checked it out and have me a very thorough explanation of what he will need to do. And gave me a fair price for the work. Very satisfied with the results.

Tom is rude. no going around that. the way he greets his customers is awful. He has been too busy too many times never really fixing any car issues and over charging. Im sure he knows he's rude and doesn't even care. He has treated my family like we are begging to see him and that is not true. We can take our 6 cars somewhere else just as easy. He seems to forget we pay too. DO NOT RECOMMEND him at all.
