They are located in a nice Plaza and you have to be buzzed in to gain access. With Valentines Day approaching they're having a nice sale on their jewelry so I decided to treat myself to new earrings. Rather than browsing in person I did so online and settled on the Leo First Light Diamonds for which Jared is currently one of two jewelers that I know of who carries them. I made the purchase online and saw an option for pick-up at a local store in lieu of shipping so I chose in person pick-up. The staff was very friendly and I was able to compare the different diamonds I'd seen online in person because I already knew what I was looking for. Since I'd already made my purchase online the checkout process was quick and seamless. The store itself was clean and well organized & the staff had no problem removing items from the case to compare them with each other. I would recommend this location for a professional experience.
Great service. Ask for Luci - she is the best in costumer service - she will assist and help you get the best discounts. Jared is good for gifts birthdays graduation marriage and all celebrations that you are planning. Gifts as surprise just ask Luci to help you find the best options.
Today my husband and I went to Jared’s to get my 6 month inspection and cleaning done for my wedding ring. That service as always was perfect. While we were there we also started to look at a ring for my husband because his previous one was cheaply made by a different company. We ended up getting him a beautiful custom ring with help from Lucy and Silva. We are so thankful for the staff at Jared’s and are so excited for my husbands custom ring.
Had an absolute amazing experience here at Jared in Mountain View. Lucy helped me find the perfect combination of engagement ring, diamond and wedding band for my soon to be. She went through each step of the process and made me feel comfortable with the entire buying process while also helping me save money in any and all discounts at the same time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for buying such important items. Thank you Lucy! Can’t recommend this store more!
I came in to get my wife's ring cleaned, and look at new wedding bands. Lucy and Silva took great care and personal time to explain the different variations to a unexperienced ring buyer such as myself. In the end they helped me pick out a perfect custom ring that was exactly how I wanted it. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff but especially to Lucy and Silva.
Jared's in Mt. View is a great store. Ring was shipped to them from another Jeweler and they treated me as their own customer. The repairs were done beautifully and Landon provided exceptional customer service. I will gladly customer's over to their store.
Really good products and services. It's Xmas season. The staff wrapped the gift super pretty as part of the service. Her name is Sylvia. And everyone else are also very friendly and patient and helpful. I've been there multiple times. The insurance is worth it. I used the free resizing for my ring, and some small fixes for my bracelet.
Walking in I felt very welcomed. I looked all around the store with the assistance of Sterling who was very helpful in making sure I found something that I really liked. I would definitely come back here next time I’m looking to buy any type of jewelry. Thank you Sterling, you made finding the right necklace very easy.
My partner and I came in for our James Allen engagement ring to be remade here because Landon persuaded us that he was the right person for the job. The stellar online reviews also had us in high hopes. He told us that he would have the 3D design rendered in a week or so and the ring should be ready in three weeks to a month saying that he likes to underpromise and over-deliver. We left feeling lucky and excited. After three weeks when there was no correspondence or update from Landon, we asked for the status of our ring. He replied that he was backed up due to the number of custom orders he had taken on. Although the ring would be delayed, we understood that he was busy and because three weeks seemed very fast for our ring to be made anyways, we were okay with waiting a little longer. Our engagement party was almost two months out from when we met Landon. This gave Landon double the time that he said he would need to make our ring. Landon said it would be difficult to have the ring ready then and that he can issue us a refund if we wanted. We were confused by the sudden change of expectations. Before we could ask for the refund, Landon proposed that he could also continue working on the ring and offered us a temporary ring of similar size/shape for the engagement party. Reluctantly, we agreed on the temporary ring, thinking it may be good to finish the ring with someone we started with and had a great reputation as a jeweler. Our engagement party was celebrated without our actual ring. A couple weeks went by without any updates. We were moving out of the Bay Area in 3 weeks, and we had no idea Landon and our engagement ring would still be a factor in our lives almost 3 months after Landon promising us our ring. Informing him of our move, he said it would be ready with no problem. Weeks went by; no updates. A week away from our moving date, we asked him for our ring— he asked where we are moving to and that he will ship it to us. In the end, we left with no ring, no explanation, one “sorry” and 3 wasted months.
Landon alongside Lucy spent an incredible amount of time, energy and care to find us the best and most affordable diamond. I’ve already gotten a couple things and will definitely go back to them next time! They spent almost 2 hours figuring out one diamond with them.
