We stopped in without a reservation and decided to sit at the bar to eat. This did not disappoint! Exceptional bartender and craft cocktail mixer Laura took great care of us. We started with the pan seared dumplings which were the best we have ever had - highly recommend. Also had egg rolls which she didn’t recommend but I wanted to try and they were just OK. The Garlic Prawn rice was excellent, and the various sauces that came with everything were all house made and added a great extra touch to the food. GREAT stop if at Bellagio and while the dining room is beautiful and has a great view of the fountain, we enjoyed sitting at the small bar.
So many great options, such an amazing atmosphere and location. The Bellagio fountains are such a great view. The staff is extremely helpful and so kind + caring. The food is pretty good 3.5 or a 4 / 5. Great experience. Recommend the fried rices, shrimp dishes, kung pao chicken, clay pot, and creme brûlée.Food: 4/5
The environment and service at Jasmine are impeccable. However, some dishes didn't quite live up to their price. Specifically, the Peking duck was disappointing; the wraps were dry, and the duck meat itself lacked flavor. For a high-end Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas like Jasmine, I had higher expectations regarding the taste of their dishes.
Service was amazing and all waiters waitresses were friendly and polite. The restaurant interior is pretty and there are views of the fountain by the windows. The chicken was too dry and salty but everything else was decent. Impressed by the great service and fancy atmosphere, would recommend!Food: 3/5
The food was really good but portions were extremely tiny and, as expected, the prices were high. We paid around $400 for a family of 5. The ambiance was really nice though and it’s gorgeously decorated inside. We were seated at the window during the Bellagio water show so that was a really nice touch to have a show with dinner! Make sure to make a reservation and there is a dress code business casual.
I must say, the food was delicious! I highly recommend the fish and the king crab, which tasted incredibly fresh. They prepared our king crab in three different ways: stir-fried with rice, steamed legs, and bifengtang style—all of which were exceptionally good! In a thoughtful and appetizing gesture, they served us two plates of assorted desserts on the house. Additionally, we had the best spot that day, right in front of the fountain. This prime location allowed us to enjoy the music fountain show that occurred every half hour, adding a delightful touch to our evening—yay! One downside, however, was the service, which wasn’t outstanding and experienced constant delays, likely due to the high number of customers. While this was a bit of a letdown, it was understandable given the circumstances.
Wonderful experience! The food was delicious, but to be honest, the atmosphere stole the show! Front row seats to the Billagio fountains.Food: 5/5
Fascinating interior. They don’t have balcony but you can still enjoy waterfalls through huge windows. Staff are professional but maybe cold. I highly recommend their coconut dessert, it was one of the bests I’ve ever had.Food: 4/5

As you would expect from the Bellagio. This is a fine Chinese restaurant Great food, great service amazing ambiance and if your lucky you will be seated near the rear of the restaurant with views of the fountains while your dining. My girl and I joined some friends and enjoyed Duck, Lettuce Wraps, Lobster and some extra spicy Kung Pao Chicken for me. Everything was delightful and to follow it up we enjoyed a great dessert. The BEST cream brulee you'll ever come across and some extra's. Yum Yum!
