The worse attorney you can every have to represent you. In the over 3 years that my case was opened. Not once did I meet him. He ignores your calls, never responds to emails. Then he takes settlements without consulting you. Then when he calls you to come into his office to sign the release forms. He sends someone name Anthony into the room to bully me, and treaten me with how much I could lose if I try to fight this and not sign. How I would end up paying all my medical bills and the attorney fees if i do not sign. They only been out for the money and not the client. Then he has his assistant call you, to bully you into taking down the original review. That they waiting for the insurance company to send my settlement, this conversation took place on Oct 9. Yet I am holding a letter in my hand from the insurance I was suing that my settlement was sent to my attorney on August 15. It Nov 9, no word from the attorney on how my funds been paid out. Which mean Jason been sitting on my settlement check for almost 3 months now. Don't hire him, because you will end up going through hell. Wish a negative star was avaliable.
