Java Jo's

Last year, I would have given them a 5 star. But since October Java Jo’s has risen prices and lowered quality. They no longer give coffee sleeves so I can’t hold my cup because it burns my hand and I feel like the actual quality has gone down. This is a shame because I try to get local and this place used to be one of my favorites but now I sometimes go to Starbucks because I know I’m not going to get cheated.

I love Java Joe's! Best coffee and great service. Today I pulled into the 2nd lane, and they must have seen me, because darling Marina walked out, asked me if I wanted to try the extra huge iced Black Sheep with a triple shot, and let me know that today they have all the flavors of scones. My usual order. She took my payment, walked inside, and immediately walked right back out with my order already prepared! I've been going to a couple of different locations of Java Joe's for years, and their service has always been this great! Not to mention, it's my favorite coffee ever. 2 thumbs up and all the gold stars!

Quick service and got our favorites, which is the iced moccas regular and ivory. The employees who helped us were super friendly too!

The girls who work there could run the world! Their customer service BY FAR exceeds any expectations, they are always so kind! This is my all time favorite spot, I haven’t been in about a year and today they still remembered how I ordered my coffee. I just wanted to say I appreciate you! Thank you for making a difference

I don’t know how they do it, but I order blended coffees wherever I travel and this is by far the creamiest blended coffee I have ever had on planet earth. It tasted so much like a milkshake that I had to specifically ask if there was ice cream in it which they responded with no. Honestly I wish all coffee shops would learn not to over-ice blended drinks where the customer is left with more coffee ice water than flavor.

I usually go to the aves location but they were closed today. I was happy to get my special fix. I had the seasonal Toffy Caramel Bulee. Everybody is always so nice.

Consistently tasty, we visit often. Able to process many of us with low wait time. Stop after school for treats all the time and service is always great.

Coffee tastes fine but why are your lids so loose? I cannot take a drink of coffee without it spilling out the sides. It’s also leaking out of the sides while I am driving where the lid makes contact with the cup

We love this place! Lines can get long at peak hours but the drinks and food are always good.

It's been 2 years since a confrontation resulted in a trade of insults followed by a police report filed against an employee. But 5 stars for wonderful employees, great coffee, drive through ambiance and horrible mistake resulting in the confrontation. Unfortunately a net result was loosing an opportunity to participate in a movie...diverted to another drive through outlet.
