Jay's Carpet Cleaning

FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS! I spilled printer ink on my carpet pictures attached and called around different carpet cleaning services in town and they all said they wouldn't be able to get it out, or that they wouldn't be able to get it out completely, or that I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to have my carpet removed. I ended up calling Jay's Carpet Cleaning and they showed up quick and cleaned it. I have attached before and after pictures of the carpet stain to this review. Go with these guys, they know what they are doing. Saved me possibly hundreds of dollars and the carpet looks normal again.

I never imagine he could repair everything like a new carpet. I had roommate move out with destroy carpet and two burns. I called him in last min, he came so fast and did awesome job.

I owe him this review and I just want to say he did an amazing job. I had another company come out and do it and the same issue happened again but when Jays cleaning came out it looked much better than the competitors. He worked with me on a good time for me over the weekend and when there was an opening he came out right away. He did everything in his power to help us including going door to door trying to get car to move, so his equipment would reach. He really understands great customer service. Thank you for cleaning my mattress! You definitely gained a loyal customer.

Jay is personable, friendly, and efficient - he also does stellar work cleaning mattresses on top of carpet cleaning! I called him up this morning and he was able to accommodate working on my mattresses on the same day. I highly recommend his services and will definitely contact him again should I require the services he provides!

Although I wasn’t able to take a before picture of my carpet, I can attest that Jay’s Carpet cleaning was fantastic! He was quick able to come the same day, very professional and our carpet looks great - all unsightly stains gone. He even noted that it was simply dusty and less dirty. I’d easily hire him again!

I usually don't write reviews, but this business deserves the good review. My experience was excellent. I called Jay on the phone and he was able to give me a rough estimate based off the information that I provided. He way WAY lower than everyone else around town. He fit me in that day and his crew Mario showed up right on time. Mario was professional and very nice. He worked extremely hard the entire time he was here and was very detail oriented. Every inch of carpet was cleaned and he spent nearly 90 minutes on my two couches alone. It was refreshing to have a service not only do as expected but exceed my expectations. I'll definitely be using Jay's Carpet Cleaning services again and I'll request Mario.

This was the worst carpet experience I have ever had. The majority of the dirt and spots were left in the off white carpet. The owner came over to view the work and walked over the carpet tracking in dirt with his shoes and pointing out excuse after excuse for poor quality work. He was arrogant and dismissive and I certainly will never ever use them again. He kept insisting I didn’t pay enough for my room size, please believe for the poor quality I paid too much.

Jay's service was exceptional. He came over right away; and went above and beyond to ensure the carpet in our new rental home was clean and safe for our ill daughter's compromised immune system. I would highly recommend his business to anyone.
