truly nasty interaction with the staff ; why they like that ; & Hallmark suppose to be friendly & loving greeting cards ; yet this place is more misery than pleasure; anyway either way they lost any prospective business from me today ;
Just confirming what other reviewers are saying about the place. The male staff is utterly rude to their customers. No need to patronize this location.
They are now open. I stopped by on Feb 1, 2020 and bought some cards. A small part of the original store is now a wine shop, but the rest of it is still a Hallmark store. Store entrance in the Port Authority, North Wing, 2nd floor
My 1st “ Go To “ when arriving in Port Authority. Always has a wide selection of cards and lovely giftware. Also during the holiday season they have beautiful boxes of cookies and candy available. Customer Service is one of best I have ever experienced in a Hallmark store.
I don't know if it's the same as regular Hallmark store but I check it out soon.
I went there to buy an ornament- I had lost my mask outside. They charged me $1 for a mask plus a bag fee to carry the ornament. Business must be very tough for them.
The man at the register provided me with excellence. The problem was that their shelves were half empty. He said they'd get more stock next week, and I will be returning because of the great service he provided The man was nice enough to call another store to send me to find what I was looking for.
Awful experience very rude the man that works there and nasty will not shop there ever and will not recommend it
Loads of great Xmas decorations like Disney, Star Wars and Star Trek. They sold out of Baby Yoda decorations but I got some great British Chocolate boxes like Roses, Celebrations, Quality Street and Maltesers.
