Something very charming about this little convenience market / sub shop / postcard stand. I went here a few times for pints of ice cream. It’s good to support local & independent businesses.
Having no prices on most of the snacks is a shady business tactic. You know damn well that most will be too embarrassed to ask how much it is until it’s rung up.
Great place to buy soup and put said soup into a gum container in a niche internet game show.
Gas station with drinks and snacks also a sandwich shop inside
There are three convenience stores on the corner of Flaming and Koval, and Jay's is the best one. They had just about everything I needed. Packaged sandwiches, bottled water, beer, etc. I didn't run into any issues here.
As of 12/17/21, the market is open 0600 - 2200 6am to 10pm due to staffing issues. It looks like pay-at-the-pump gas might be open later.
LOVE this store! So convenient when staying at the Westin, has a little bit of everything. The Port of Subs makes good sandwiches.
Port of subs so. Delicious!! I'm usually not a fan the sub. I lile my sand e ich plan jane..ish. Lol. They toasted it perfectly and all spices perfect.
