We were very pleased with our experience with Jay. We are using him for the second time. We used Jay to sell our home during this mess of a pandemic. The house was sold in no time 3 days with multiple offers in hand. Jay was always a text or phone call away. Even after working hours , Jay always responds to text and email. He even coordinated the closing with buyers while we are out of country vacation. The photographer took amazing pictures & the video of the house. Jay did a fantastic job in listing and pricing the house and funneled multiple offers. I highly recommend Jay for your real estate needs.

Wonderful experience working with Jay to sell our house. Wise, patient, willing to answer questions, and will provide good, honest feedback - what you *need* to know. Always made himself available to us and uses up to date technology tools. My only regret is not beginning to work with him even earlier in the process.
