Jazz Auto Glass

The day we were supposed to leave on an 8 hour road trip, we woke up to a smashed passenger window. Called Jazz Auto Glass and Tint they ordered the glass and had delivered to the store, replaced the window, and tinted which looks perfect to match all in 2 hours for a great price. Came here to get my passenger front window replaced because someone broke into my car. Got a new window but now my door panel isnt attached to the frame and my door won't lock because the guy repairing my window broke it. Guess people don't need to break my windows to get into my car, they can just let themselves in now! GREAT!!!!!!!!

No frills, but great service at its best. Price was fair actually far cheaper than another quote I received, they had the windshield replacement in stock, and I had my car back in < 3 hrs. It took over 48hrs to have a single tire changed last week at a big chain tire store company… Will work with you all again, thanks!

Came here because reviews looked decent and price was the best. Came on Saturday 1/7/23 and after leaving windshield was extremely dirty with what I thought were fingerprints. After wiping I noticed this scratch which is right in front of driver. After at least 50 calls and 3 visits they refuse to replace the windshield. I paid for a new windshield not a scratched windshield. Coco tells us to come in and my son gets there 2 separate Saturdays and is told no he’s being petty. It’s right in the immediate line of sight and is very distracting. They obviously don’t care about anyone’s time or money. When paying for a new windshield one would expect a blemish free windshield, right? I wish we would have just paid the extra money and gone with another company. I’ve reached a point I don’t trust them at all. I am disputing the charge!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They did an amazing job and absolutely had the best price in this area to replace my windshield. They were $125-150 less than the others! Definitely recommend!

Within months I have had to get two windshields on different vehicles. I have been pleased with the service. Very friendly and helpful. They even told me about a warranty plan for chips in the windshield that will cover them for as long as I own the car. Recommend Jazz auto!!!

This place went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer they didn’t have the glass I needed but that didn’t stop them from searching until they found the exact glass that came with the jeep the original glass from Mopar the employees was very nice and attentive the glass was put in so professional they also did a neat job no trash or anything left behind this will be my go to place and on top of that we called around and this was the cheapest place but with quality windshields thanks to all the employees that assisted me love to see professionals at its finest

I had a rock chip on my windshield and Darryl fixed it right away. No wait - took a total of 10 minutes - and very friendly service. This is a great place. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. I was quoted 2 hours and it took nearly 8, then when I arrived they didn’t check my id or even my name and gave me the wrong paperwork. They charge a $15 fee for credit card transactions. Then, the day after my windshield was replaced the waterproofing started peeling off see pictures, and I noticed water marks on my dashboard from rain the night before. Not to mention they left a mess in my car and somehow managed to knock my right rear view mirror loose. When I called to ask about my options for getting some kind of refund or fix, they hung up on me and didn’t return my message. Plus I’m pretty sure they over charged me. Will definitely never be returning.
