great place to go. i took my watch in to have the battery replaced they not only replaced the battery but set the watch dials for me too. i could not be happier with the friendly service. thank you very much!!!!

I needed to get my watch fixed and had never been in this jewelry store before. It's run by 2 wonderful women that are very sweet and polite. I'm definitely going back anytime I need a watch fixed or a wedding ring. I highly recommend this place. 10/10 thanks again for the help.

Paid for new setting. Ring came back with the setting crooked to the naked eye. I asked for it to be fixed. The staff said, "We'll try to have him fix it." The ring came back a second time looking exactly the same. There was no attempt to fix this mistake. The staff was unapologetic and charged the same price for the work. Very dissatisfied and they didn't care. :/

Absolutely AMAZING! After trying Jc Penny, walmart, and the shop across the street, I finally got my watch fixed! I couldn't be happier, and I will be returning any time I have jewelry needs! Thanks yall!!!
