My pictures weren't great. All I wanted was the digital copies and they said I had to pay for a package which cost SO MUCH and now I find out I could've bought just digital. I was told I would receive them in 24 to 48 hours and it took over a week. For the money they want you can hire a photographer to go to your own location and actually take good photos and not rip you off!

I have been going to this location for 5+ years. I go once a year for family pictures and I've been very pleased every time except once. I make an appointment for something early in the day, and on a slower day of the week and have never had to wait. Expect to wait if you go on a busy day, later in the day. They can get behind. I have been pleased with the pictures they take and have been an ACTIVE PARTICIPANT during the photo shoot. If I don't like a pose or need to fix my kids' hair or something I do it during the shoot. I have 8 kids, so it does take about a hour to do everyone. Don't complain if you don't tell the studio what you do, and don't want to happen before the shoot. i still plan to keep going to this studio every year.

I always have an amazing experience here. The staff is very friendly. Only down fall sometimes you have to wait, but I totally don't mind since sometimes they go over on the time for my sessions to make sure they capture ALL my family photos. The was a pregnant women there who captured all my family new years, spring, baby bump, and sons pictures up to 3 months. She would get on her knees and I would feel so bad, but she was all for it and even though i wish she wouldn't she was determined to make our pictures perfect.

We had fun during our shoot but the gal kept trying to talk us into packages that we didn't need. We told her exactly why we came in for the digital album and she still tried to upsell us multiple times even after the other staff member told her that we already said what we came for. I understand upselling to a point, but when I tell you 5x that all I want is the digital album I don't need you to continue to try to sell me stuff I don't want.

Love this place! Jill and Erika are amazing! Have had amazing photographers throughout the years here. Been coming for a few years now and always had a great experience and great photos. Holiday seasons are crazy so if you have no patients maybe do photos before or after it's over. I would suggest this location!

The new manager here is amazing! And all of their photographers are great! They sure know how to take care of their customers. Our photographer today was Erika and she did splendid! We always come here for family and milestone portraits because of their top notch customer service.

I didn't like that more pics were taken in one outfit vs. the other outfit . I would of rather had the same # of options for both outfits. I also think they need to train their photographers to be more attentive to the welfare/safety of the infants in the sitting. Perhaps it needs to be taken into consideration that some of their photographers may not have children yet. So their employees may need to have what a baby can, cant, or shouldn't do explained to them along with the poses during training.

This was the worst photographic experience I've ever had. The staff had insignificant knowledge of how to compose shots. They deleted many of the shots before we had a chance to even see them. Only 12 shots remained. The lighting was flat. They boldly tried to sell a package for $529. I ended up buying only three pictures with a discount coupon for 40% off and paid $45. The quality of those eight-by-ten pictures is so bad that I probably won't hang them in the house.
